I like how you set your goals around holidays and special occasions. I do the same thing and I think it gives us more focus. I've been picturing myself in certain outfits for this Christmas. We can do it!!!!
I know we can do this and i have a change in plan so my goals for
july 18 2006 tues are this
BREAKFAST==SLIM FAST OPTIMA SHAKE
LUNCH==SLIM FAST OPTIMA SHAKE
DINNER==TURKEY PATTY AND STEAMED VEGES
NO EATING AFTER 7PM
DRINK 96 OZ OF WATER
15-20 MINUTES OF EXCERCISE
It sounds like you're really going gong-ho on this. That's awesome. You're goals sound very positive and by writing them down and sharing them with everyone it will make them easier to stick to. I can see you are going to do very well.
I just wanted to say something about your goal #1 "1) NO MORE CHEATING EXCUSES SLIPS OR TOMORROWS" Remember that is a BIG goal to live up to. No one is perfect and we are all entitled to the occasional slip up. So while it's a good goal to have remember not to beat yourself up about it if you make a mistake. We are human you know
The no more tomorrows is a good one actually, too many people fall into the - well i screwed up today, so I might as well keep going and i'll be good again tomorrow... screw that - get right back on track, don't wait til the next day...
Please don't be too hard on yourself about previous pitfalls. We're all struggling with this, and the most important thing is to stick with it, not to be perfect. Are you sure 2 slim fasts and some turkey & veggies is enough food? I just worry about you, that's all. Like I told Beagle, I lecture because I care. We all do. We love you and want you to succeed, but healthfully! Take care!
Thanks for worrying about me but i am ok I tell ya what i am doing the shakes make me not hungry through the day which i dont do my cheating through the day anyways its my bad night cheating! So i was able to have them few cookies and milk and a few other things in small portions and didnt go over my 1200 cals hehehe ****ok there ya have it my little secret ****and i do my excercising at night also (DANCING 30 MINUTES LIKE I USE TO WHEN I FIRST JOINED HERE) and its working I am starting to take it back off and I am not stopping this time!

OK WEIGHED IN THIS MORN AND 232.6! i WILL TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT I AM DOING AND IT IS WORKING GREAT! I AM USING THE SLIM FAST OPTIMA'S! I HAVE ONE FOR BREAKFAST (WHICH I USE TO SKIP BREAKFAST) AND I HAVE THE CAPPUCINO FLAVORED ONE FOR THAT SO MAKES ME THINK I AM HAVING CAPP I CANT HAVE CAUSE ITS SO FATTENING HEHEHE! THAT CURBS MY APPETITE FOR 5 TO 6 HOURS BELIEVE IT OR NOT! THEN I HAVE A DIFFERENT FLAVOR FOR LUNCH IT HOLDS ME TILL DINNER WHICH AROUND HERE IS ALWAYS LATE SO THAT WAY I AM EATING A GOOD SUPPER BUT MY CALS RANGE FROM 1100 TO 1200 FOR THE DAY AND ITS WORKING! MY NIGHT BINGING HAS COMPLETELY STOPPED AND THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY WORST PROBLEM! SO IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS I WILL HELP ALL I CAN! I FEEL GREAT HAVE LOTS OF ENERGY! I DID STOP MTHEM MEDS BECAUSE THEY MADE ME GAIN BUT I FEEL SO AWSOME I THINK I HAD ENOUGH TO HELP ME GET BACK ON TRACK! FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MONTHS I KNOW I CAN AND WILL DO THIS AND I FIGURED IT UP AND AS LONG AS I LOSE 10 POUNDS A MONTH I CAN BE IN ONEDERLAND BY MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!! I DRINK LOTS OF WATER! DANCE TO A CD I HAVE MADE FOR 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR NON STOP EVERY EVENING AND I KNOW ITS GOOD CARDIO! SO THERE IT IS AND MAYBE SOMEONE CAN USE THIS TO HELP THEM GET GOING LIKE I AM!
