I did get to the dr and she is working with me says i am in excellent health and she feels we will get this depression owrked out and this weight will go she said she is making sure it does because its the depression that is behind it!

What great news! I would love to be told I am in excellent health! Good for you!! I sure hope you are doing better!! I'm rooting for you!!!!:D
 
Thanks girlfriend I hope your doing awsome as well been wondering about ya! I will keep in touch with as many as i cna in diaries i miss you guys but I am glad i dont have a lot mod responsibilities now! Will visit yas now!
 
Tina's Journey!

I have started this diary for all my friends i miss that have supported me and I have supproted them sense i joined last year! I will check in to visit and help support yas if ya need it! I have my depression under control but am going on vacation starting today until the 12th! I want to wish all of you a Safe and Happy 4th of July!

MY JULY 1ST START WEIGHT WAS 231.4 :(
 
Hahaha, I got in on the first page of a new journal!! Knowing you, Tina, this thing'll be at least five pages long by the time you get back from your vacation! Have fun, and be good and happy!
 
I was wondering where you have been. But you are on vacation. Well I hope you have a wonderful vacation. Rest and relaxation what every good woman needs!

That is so sweet i want you to know you brought tears to my eyes! You as well as a lot of others are the reason i am back! I want us all to reach our goals! I know it is possible and I know we can do it! We just have to push and kick and scream and yell and gripe at each other in a good way hehehehe:D :D :D So lets get ready to rock!


as for my vacation we went to the lake but it was so hot for days thta we mostly done family things! I am telling you if you have kids they will love the movie cars it is so cute!:D :D

I'm really glad you're back. You were the first person to welcome me here when I joined, and I've missed you. We all have. How goes your journey? Have you found a healthy plan that fits your needs?

I'm glad you've got your depression under control now. Having family members with depression I know you have to constantly keep working on it even when you're doing fine so you don't get blindsided by something that can send you back down. Take care & listen to your own feelings. :)
 
Welcome home, Miss Tina! We have missed you here. Sounds like you had a nice, relaxing vacation! I'm hoping mine will be the same. Looking forward to seeing you around some more, take care!
 
Ok I know its time to get serious and step it up!

GOALS AND PROMISES I WILL KEEP TO MYSELF AND ALL OF YOU!

1) NO MORE CHEATING EXCUSES SLIPS OR TOMORROWS
2) I AM GOING TO DRINK AT LEAST 64 OZ OF WATER A DAY
3) WHEN I START TO PUT SOMETHING IN MY MOUTH STOP AND THINK IS IT WORTH IT????(BIG FAT CARBS AND JUNK)
4) VEGES FRUITS AND TURKEY AND CHICKEN AND VERY LEAN MEAT FROM NOW ON
5) REPLACE DIET DRINKS WITH V8 JUICE OR UNSWEET JUICE
6) EXCERCISE 20-30 MINUTES A DAY
7) WEIGH IN EVERY FRIDAY
8) GET LOTS OF SUGAR FREE GUM
9) GRAB A BOOK AND READ AT NIGHT WHEN THEM MUNCHIES COME AND BRUSH MY TEETH AS LONG AS IT TAKES TO MAKE THE CRAVINGS LEAVE
10) GET AT LEAST 1200 CALS IN A DAY

1) I WILL SET SMALL GOALS FOR 10 POUNDS
2) MY FIRST MAIN GOAL IS TO BE IN ONEDERLAND BY NOV 1ST
3) MY NEXT GOAL IS TO BE 180 BY MY BIRTHDAY DEC 7TH
4) MY ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO BE 150 BY MAY 13 2007 MOTHERS DAY
