I only did 25 sit-ups yesterday... today I'm going to do 50! I am not sure how we can do this, maybe just post in each others diary the total sit-ups we did for the day... what do you think?
 
ok i did 50 situps but was gonna do 25 before bed but didnt happen lol between the situps and biggest loser dvd i fealt it lol I actually am feeling great about being sore cause i know its working! No pain no gain i also figured out i have my weight training and cardio in the biggest loser dvd so i am gonna be faithful to it and see the results in 6 weeks! i know i said i wouldnt but i got on them scales today first thing this morn and i am down to 218.4 2 pound loss this week so far i feel like i am going all the way this time and i will do the clothes when the number is stuck the same two days so i dont get discouraged lol
 
It's true, Tina, "no pain, no gain" - the sore muscles are where you've effectively killed off muscle cells, and then they get replaced with stronger ones! LOL I don't know if that's what actually happens, but someone explained it that way to me and it makes sense. Hopefully this advice is good - don't start doing more muscle building workouts until all the soreness has gone away for at least 12 hours, or you won't progress nearly as fast. Cardio workouts while sore weren't mentioned, but I imagine you don't get much out of those if you can barely move either ;)
 
Thanks My Beagle Well Bob Has Us Doing Cardio One Day And The Strength Weight Trining The Next Back And Forth But I Love It I Feel Awsome!!

Hey your doing great, I really must go and buy one of those dvds, I keep forgeting about it then I come in here and you make them sound so good lol. Keep up all the great work.
