Zoila It Is Work I Wont Tell You It Isnt But You Select What Level And The Biggest Loser People Are On It Along With Bob Pushing Ya! The Workout Makes You Feel Good Because The Ones Doing It On It Are Still Overwheight And Struggling Like You It Makes You Feel Like You Are There With Them And It Works And Although You May Be Sore I Know It Is Working Because I Couldnt Fit My 16 Shorts Over My Hips A Few Weeks Ago And Now I Can Get Them Up Just Have To Lose To Get Them Buttoned And Zipped Lol! I Would Recomend It To Anyone And I Have Several Doing It With Me Now Bizeb Sugarfoot And A Few Others Ask Any Of Us If Ya Need More Info! We Even Have A Challenge With It That Started The 1st It Is Every 6 Weeks And We Go By Measurements!
