ok i have 3 whole points lol i had a can of mixed vegetable with a can of whole tomatoes and made it a soup i am just doing so good i am not goona worry about cals just healthy choices and points lol the calories are hard to keep up with!! its beautiful korrie i needed this i have the windows open and it is 76 and sunny wooooohoooooooooo come on spring!!!
 
i hqd to post or hh tammy would send a possy oh and i have drank 42 ozes of lemon water and starting on a 32 oz lol so i am doing good on water am cutting out diet drinks and gonna get like the flavoring no cal stuff to put in my water!
 
ok i been eating baby carrots and celery i dont think they are any points then i had two diet pieces of bread that are 1 point and 3oz package of tuna in water 2 points and 64 oz of water
 
Let Me Tell Ya It Is Rough Sitting Here Cause The Bl Dvd Is Making Me Feel It Lol But I Know I Am Losing Pounds And Inches Summer Here I Come!!

Thanks So Much Everyone Ok My Weigh In Was Good I Am Now 228 I Lost 1.2 Pounds And All Together With Ww I Have Lost 3.4 Pounds! My Total Loss For March Is 9.4 Pounds! I Am So Ready To Lose This Weight Now I Am In The Right Frame Of Mind And Ready To Rock!! I Plan To Lose More For April! So Come On Everybody Lets Rock This New Month And Make Them Scales Move!!!!!!!!!!
 
Ok I Am Gonna Go Do #3 On My Dvd Before I Back Out Lol No Right Now Is The Only Time I Have To Do It So I Will Be Back To Finish Diaries In About 40 Minutes!
