Yes there is a workout dvd and a book with all the plans and encouragement newbride has started a thread and we were going to help others who dont have the book yet it is on the forum i will try to help you find it :)

I HAD INSIGHT DIGITABLE AND INTERNET CABLE AND PHONE HOOKED UP TODAY! WELL THIS PC I AM BORROWING IS DINASOUR CAUSE IT DOESNT HAVE A USB SO I HAVE A CABLE MODEM AND AM STUCK USING DIAL UP AGAIN!
