Today is that dreaded Monday but I am actually happy. I weighed this morning and lost 2 pounds over the weekend. I am walking and eating with better choices. I am drinking water and grapefruit juice instead of diet soft drinks. I am starting to have more energy. I know I can do this and I want to thank everyone of you because reading through the messages inspires me so much.

sounds like your off to a good start, congrats on those 2 pounds! and on a weekend no less. :D it will take a while to get used to liking water but your body will thank you later and you will probably notice less puffiness in the belly too.

Good morning everyone. I tell you this water drinking and excercising is really helping me. I was curious and weighed this morning! Woo hoo 2 more pounds gone! So thats 4 pounds. I know it wont keep coming off that fast and most is water and my body adjusting I think. I have been eating really good. Tuna, raw veges, just watching bad carbs mostly. Lots of water and lots of excercise.
 
Here are my excercises

50 crunches
25 jumping jacks
25 leg lifts on each side while I am laying down
50 of the pilates cizzor thingy ( lay on your back and lift both legs raise shoulders and arms at side going at sime time up and down like your pumping) lol hard to explain hope it helped
50 squats
and walking 4 miles a day
dancing for 30 minutes to upbeat music every night before bed

I have so much energy it seems but sense I am doing this I am sleeping so much better and having no problem getting a goodnights sleep. I plan to get some weights the weekend and trying to add that in some so I wont get bored. I enjoy the dancing so much though hehehe
 
You are doing great!! 4 lbs is awesome. I love your enthusiasm just when I thought I couldn't get anymore excited I read your posts and I can't wait to get to the gym tonight :) Keep it up the awesome job!!
 
Ok I am doing it!

I have lost one more pound! I have been really excercising and so fired up I just eat a little and go do something. I am taking the generic form of one a day weightsmart vitamins These are the Wal Mart brand! I didnt want to get sick so i needed a vitamin! It helps so much I have so much energy guys and I am drinking 88 oz of water! I know I will plateou soon but then I will work harder. Just set your mind to it but never tell yourself your on a diet because that is why i failed so many times before I think! If anybody needs me I am here and I will help support as much as possible because I want everybody to feel as good as I have been!
 
Fantastic job on another pound down. You ROCK!! I know what you mean about all the energy, since I've been going to the gym I'm the same way. In fact one day I was super tired I didn't want to go to the gym but I went anyways and afterwards I was so glad I did. I was energized and ready to go :) Keep up the great work!!
 
Ok its that Monday morn we usually dread but I had a great weekend and it has payed off for me big time! I cant post my loss because i didnt realise i couldn't while being in the challenge but its great! I have been drinking 88 ounzes of water and its not as bad as I thought really as long as its ice cold! Dancing is really helping I love it and enjoy it! Hope everyone else is doing good. I am here if ya need me!

Great work!!! I wish I had the energy you have. I saw your exercise plan and I got worn out just by looking at it..LOL. Keep up the good work and let us know your progress.

Congrats on your weight loss!!!!!...And your water drinking!!!...( Thats a hard one for alot of the forum members)......
I too have to drink my water ice cold....with lemon at times.....I have a 24 oz water bottle...drink 3 of those a day..and thats 72 oz!!!.....

And exercising is one of the best energy enhancers...plus it can make you sleep like a baby!!!!.......Three cheers for healthy living!!!

Thanks everyone for your support! And yes kc that excercise will where you out but it all paid off! But I am gonna slow down a bit and do excercises every other day and dance every night. I am afraid if I lose to much more too fast i will defeat my purpose. So I think I will work on at least 3 pounds a week! Hope your feeling beeter Kim I havent had time to get to your diary to check. Thanx everyone for your support. Not feeling to great today but i haven't gained. Fealt sick and couldn't dance last night. Eric and Jayla have been sick and I guess its catching up with me now. Think its a nasty cold though! I will try to get back on track today! I just feel depressed this morning for some reason. Well I know the reason its cold and ucky outside so we can't walk. I just want everyone to keep up your good work and I will try my best to keep motivated on mine!
