Hey there Biggest Loser!!!!......( Isnt it weird to be called a big loser and its a compliment)....Okay you can either post your address in the ending results for the last challange so we can send you post cards. Or you can PM us. OR if you are not comfy with any of that we can send you a ecard......When I won a challange I posted my address up fpr a few days then I deleted it.

You have done so good and you should be proud. I know Im extremely proud of you its not easy losing 1 pound let alone 12 so way to go. dont know if you need my Address I already had yours in fact I just did my cards this morning. If you need it let me know. I had to read you to yahoo by the way somehow you got deleted. Who knows how. Anyway sweetie keep up the good work and Thanx Thanx Thanx for everything.

Thanx everyone and thank you julie! You are doing so good also girl. I think we all are considering holiday stress lol Some other stress as well. I am still at 218 but I new it would slow and i have had a rough weekend so i didnt excercise like i should have. As long as i dont gain I am not gonna stress just yet. 12 lbs is good and i wont complain. I will step it up after this thursday! Thanksgiving day because i have the after turkey day shopping where i get drug all over the place and all the christmas shopping from that day on i havent even started on! So I know i will get enough walking lol I also plan on getting a job next monday so we can get our own home! Anyways i am not ready to go public with my stress lol Sorry but anyways i know everything works out and it will for each of you also! Hope your having a good day!:) :p ;) :eek:
 
i wasnt in the challenge, but i see you lost 12 pounds? was that in 2 weeks? thats frickin amazing. good luck with continued success! :)

It was in two weeks

Actually it was a lot of excercise and atkins. Carbs are my downfall so the adkins helps me stop craving. The weightloss is fast and amazing cause your not really hungry. Another great diet is the carbohydrate addicts diet :) I will start posting my food next week and I will post some about the diet if that will help anyone:)
 
I found out something else also depending on your body shape like pair or apple one needs the low fat and to watch fats as the other is carbs I am the carbs I gain weight in belly and all over where the pair is mostly hips and belly, I think thats right hope it helps

Hey, just wanted to say congrats! Thanks so much for your support and the wonderful messages you sent me. It really helps to hear someone say they understand. I guess it's true that the right decision is never the easy one. I want you to know that you've helped me to keep up the strength to do what I know is neccessary no matter how hard it may be. New strategy

ok I talked to Julie this morn and realise she gave me some good advice. I am still @ 218 and so I am starting tomorrow going to put everything I eat down because I think i am not getting enough calories now! I am also going to start the biggest loser diet and a few others want to also so if julie gets it I think we will put her in charge lol:) :) If some dont get the book I plan on trying to put the important things down and scan them so I can send them to you to print out. Thanks everyone and keep up the great work each one of you are doing great also. April I am glad I could help I know its hard but IT WILL BE WORTH IT!!!
