what method are you using this time?

it's just an awful lot to lose in a short time, unofficial or not... just want to make sure you're being sensible and healthy in your approach - so the weight will stay off...

but good on ya for a big drop...
 
Congrats on the weight loss! I haven't been here in about a year so it's nice to see you're still here (well, back again ;) ) and doing SO AWESOME! YAY FOR TINA! Keep it up!
 
Ok my official weigh in yesterday was 205.0! I won the biggest loser for the week at work! 3 pounds! I got a 10.00 gift certificate to subway !YAYYYYYYYYY Ok this is what I am doing to lose! First off above everything you have to focus and realize how you got so fat to begin with! Then work on not letting the emotional eating get to you! Above all write down all your feelings good or bad and realise whne you are going to choose food for comfort and do anything else instead!~ I walk 2-4 miles everyday! I am eating veges, grilled chicken and I have 1oz of dark chocolate as my sweet treat each day! I watch what I put in my mouth because i make choices and think now! I dont want to sabatoge all my work and effort! I fit into size 14 jeans finally woohoooo! I am going all the way this time and i will help anybody who needs me!

I am so sorry I have had a rough last few months! I am going to try to get to the library to keep in touch! I gained in the past few months but I am 211 not real bad but still I need to get under onederland bad! Ok after that post my best friend who is my age passed away of Leukemia. We went to UofL on thursday and she was going to have a bone marrow transplant the following week! Well I was with her night and day and I lost her Mondfay morning! It sent me back and i turned to food. Depression is a key to a lot of people gaining weight. I am going to the Dr. tomorrow to get back on antidepressants to get back on track and get out of this deep hole I put myself in. I know all of you have always been there and most know all my ups and downs because i use to share them all with you in here daily in my journal. I weighed this morn and it said 215 i was so close to onederland and I am going to focus with everything in me and all of you helping me to get to my goal once and for all of 145 this year!:auto: So dont give up on me because I need all of you right now as much as you might need me. Tom is visiting this week so thta may be a lot of the gain along with bad choices I am going to start a home notebook of what i eat everyday and then try to post it in here! I know I WILL DO THIS!!!:hurray: Gala passed away april 14 so I haven't gained a lot in them months but I need to get it off and back on track!:piggy:
 
Oooh hun, that's rough! SO SORRY for your loss.

I know how ya feel about having to lose the same weight all over again... I'm doing it right now. :rolleyes: But considering what you've been through, you didn't do too bad... So let's do this! We're all rootin' for ya! Just take it one day at a time, one pound at a time. :)
 
Yea, I heard about your friend on myspace Tina, I'm sorry that you lost her, but You know that your friend would want you to go on w/ your life and live it to the fullest.
