Timing Estimate

Preface: I normally hate these kinds of questions because they have too many variables, but all im looking for is the ROUGHEST estimate of possibility...

I've been lifting for a little over a year, cut/bulk etc, currently going to try to cut down from 14% to approximately 8% bodyfat. Assuming an ideal diet (which i've put COUNTLESS hours into), No cheats (im all but straightedge sober and i dont need cheat meals), and a 3 day lift/4 day cardio plan...

Is it possible to go from AROUND 14-8% in five (5) months?

Again, this is more so i can make sure my progress is not too slow compared to the general masses. Thanks for the opinions :)

The reponse i expected, knew beforehand, and attempted to avert =)

It isn't quite useless; If i am accomplishing 20% of what 90% of the rest are accomplishing in the same time, some problem is present..perhaps with my diet, workouts, or maybe a physical thing....makes logical sense :D

Anyway, please post your numbers from experience or knowledged estimates real quick ^^

Or at least how much you weigh. IF you weigh 200 pounds it is possible

14% body fat of 200= 28 pounds of fat
Assuming you lose no muscle, and you lose 1 pound of Fat a week, in 5 monthes that is -20 pounds of fat

So at 180 pounds= 8 pounds of fat that is 4% bodyfat.

So if you weigh less then 200 pounds right now, its very possible. Even a little more then 200 pounds, its possible in 5 monthes.
