Times of working out

Hellooo.

I just brought a monthly voucher for the local gym. I have been going a while but used to get in for £1 every time as I used to go to the 6th form. I work out 4x a week but with this voucher I can go in as much as I want in the month. Would I see better results if I was to go say 5x a week instead of 3 or 4x? I did hear somewhere that the breaks (a few nights off) are very helpful though so I am not sure what to do.
