+1 on popcorn twice!

Looking good here. Love that you're pushing yourself and going farther with each time. Hopefully those quads aren't too sore. I used to play football and I dreaded hamstring/quad soreness from the various warm ups we did. So I can feel your pain! Reminds me of Tae-bo. Looks like the MysticRealm Train can't be and won't be stopped. Keep pushing through, you're doing great.

Thanks guys!
Btw I wanted to add that I did a 'wheel' at yoga today. Haven't done one of those for years!
Like this (though I am not nearly that flexible!)

164.2 this morning, which surprised me a little bit after have hot yoga and running yesterday. I though I might see a lower number due to sweating so much, however I did ensure to drink lots of water yesterday, and it could be water retention in my muscles (mostly quads).

It´s called a bridge here. I can do them from the floor up but I never managed it from standing :(

Here a bridge is just lifting your butt up(shoulders stay on the ground), the wheel is lifting up on your hands like that.
I could never do it from standing either that's for sure!

Good work on the impromptu treadmill session. It's a really good sign. I kinda knew I was heading in the right direction when I felt like I absolutely 'had' to get a workout in even if I wasn't planning on it initially. You start off forcing yourself to go, and then after a while when it becomes such an important everyday part of your life, you find you have to force yourself not to go.

Women have such nice workout gear. All we get are shorts and tank tops/t-shirts, usually in gray and black. Maybe that's why some guys like to spruce it up by having things like "BEAST MODE" written on them. I dunno. Maybe I need to find some very masculine pink shorts to wear for workouts. Maybe I can have "ALPHA MALE" written on them just to sort of balance it out.

You just gotta throw it back to the 80's MrVee!

And if you're gonna have something written on them then it has to be on the butt, and it preferably needs to say 'Juicy'

Work was supposed to be busy today, but ended up being pretty slow (hence the multiple posts earlier today as I was bored).
Got off around 3 and went to the barn. It was bitterly cold today, the actual temperature wasn't bad but had a horrible windchill. I didn't feel I had the energy to ride so I lunged instead.
Came home, changed into my last new full workout outfit (only one pair of new pants left) and went and did my circuit training. I only stopped briefly once while doing the jumping jacks, doing pretty good on skip rope. Pushups are still 'girl' pushups and can't make it through the whole minute (have to take breaks). Getting better with the ski jumps, burpees still kill me. Some things are and always have been relatively ok (cage crawl outs, turkish get ups), some are still quite hard require short breaks (standing mountain climbers, and actually regular mountain climbers, the 'tire' one).
Pic of my outfit, showing off my complete lack of definition in my arms (BTW sorry the pics are so huge. FB pics used to come out an ok size, but in the past couple years they only post huge)

I'm looking after my mom's dog for a couple weeks and it's not awesome having both dogs at my place. Every day I have had at least once incidence of pee in my house. All but once thankfully has been on the tile not the carpet, but they always do it when I am not around to catch them (even if they have gone out within the hour). I know at least sometimes it's my mom's dog as he is the one that marks and he's the old senile one, but the ones by the front door are kinda my poodle's MO. My poodle seems to drink more water when Bear is around for some reason (at least he always drinks a lot when at my mom's house) and then has to pee like a race horse constantly. I dunno for sure if it's only Bear doing the peeing or if it's Stryder too. It's annoying because they both know they shouldn't do it since they don't do it while I'm around (sometimes even when I just am in the bathroom), but they (or maybe just one of them) still does it anyways.

:D Now my neighbours are awake too :D

I don´t know about dog psychology so I´ll just help you hope it passes soon.

Your pictures post perfectly in the app I use! (That alliteration was completely unintentional.) And they make me want to go buy new workout gear, all my pants are black and boring.

Nice to see you've escaped your funk, Mystic, hope it rubs off on me! Keep up the good work!!

Digging the outfits, but you need to step up your efforts to match my daughter's tastes (that would be black/white ruffled dress, blue patterned socks, leopard print leggings, and purple/hot pink sneakers. And her ducky-print blanky worn as a sash/lasso).

I'm not quite that creative, though I have ridden my horse is a pretty rad outfit at a show once (halloween class, and funnily enough we were a 'retro workout team'. Yes my horse does have multiple side ponytails down his neck haha)

Thanks guys. 164 this morning. At the tail end of TOM so hoping that drops off, back towards the 163.6 I a couple days ago.
Not been having good nights for a while now. I usually have trouble falling asleep, as well as waking up multiple times a night and sometimes having trouble falling asleep then as well. Taking an advil often helps for whatever reason, but even though advil isn't addictive, I don't want the habit to become addicting. I don't want to need anything to sleep. I'm not eating or exercising all that close to bed time so I'm not sure why I can't sleep or what I could do to make myself sleep better. I wasn't feeling stressed at all yesterday, didn't have thoughts swirling around my head that I just couldn't let go of.
It's definitely making life harder. I feel quite tired and lazy at work. I really needed to have gone to ride my horse today, badly, to prepare for the expensive show coming up, but I just couldn't gather the energy. I should have ran today, but certainly had no energy for that. The good news is that I found something I like to do, even when I don't have the energy to do anything, and that's Hot Yoga. I'm not sure why I can get myself to hot yoga when I am tired and don't feel like doing anything because it certainly is hard work. The guy running it today was particularly 'mean', my poor abs. I really can't believe that I actually like yoga. Though I'd never taken 'real' yoga classes before I had done some of it in DVD form (p90x I think) as well as at the end of one of my dance workout classes where she'd turn down the lights and light candles and try to make it feel yoga-y (however the one girl at the back of the class doing her ab and leg workouts and playing on her phone was always highly distracting and didn't make me feel very zen), and I always disliked it. It was boring and hard. Maybe if I took a 'real' normal temp yoga class I would like it to, or maybe it's just the added interest with the heat aspect that makes it better. My beginner (cheaper) monthly pass with be up on March 19th so I'm kinda trying to use it as often as I can till then because the next options are much more expensive (you can only get the 40$ month pass once). I think I'll probably go with the 10 or 20 class passes. I should look back and see how many time I do go this month and see what the best price option is for me.
Wore my last new pair of workout pants. I can't wait to lose the muffin tops that make me feel a little self conscious when I workout, especially when there is a smoking hot guy working out almost right next to me like today. Yum. Otherwise I actually look decent in my workout gear for the most part.

Getting a bit sick of the foods I have been having for supper. I should be getting sick of the foods I'm having for lunch too since those really only go back and forth between lasagna and enchilada but I don't really get sick of them. But I don't really give myself a choice. I just grab a container from the freezer and put it into the fridge the night before, then grab the container from the fridge to bring to work. No even thinking about taking something different. But the evening me I think about more. So today I ended up having an omelette, still with a grilled cheese, but the omelette was a decent change of pace. Gonna try to find some new recipes. I like to stick to around 300 or under so I can usually have 2 things for supper so it adds up to around 600 cals, leaving me with enough cals for some nice snacks. Totally forgot that I was gonna have an orange for snack today. Whoops.

Lunch: Lasagna
Supper: Omelette, Grilled Cheese
Snacks: 2 Kinder Surprise Chocolate Bars, popcorn, 3 cookies
Total cals: 1489 (btw yesterdays cals were 1506)

Tomorrow I NEED to ride, no questions about it. And do my run.

That halloween riding outfit is awesome :D And whatever the reason is for being able to do the hot yoga when nothing else works anymore: good for you! Changing up your eating routine is a healthy thing to do, especially if you manage it before getting so tired of things you substitute them with junk food!

Thank you. Still not sure what I'll add into the mix.
Work was busy until it wasn't. Worked pretty steady till 1, but that completed my dogs for the day. However I did sweep the front of my shop, took the floor mats from the front and washed them in the tub, folded the towels from the dryer, and scrubbed the area above the tub (which is apparently white not brown haha).
Went to the barn after work. Set up some jumps. At one point my horse stopped at a jump, which is an issue I have been working on with him. I picked up a crop and the next time I came to the jump I gave him a whack in the shoulder to tell him 'sorry bud, but you gotta jump the dang jump!' And he didn't. He didn't stop again, though he was a little on edge, cause no one likes to be disciplined haha. But I was still happy with the result. My strategy till the horse show at the end of march is to carry my crop every ride so that he doesn't get so worried when I carry it. That way I can carry it at the show so it's there if I need it so if we have an issue we can take care of it on day one and hopefully will be done with it and have a great show.
By the time I got done putting the jumps away, and putting my horse away it was quite late as I was driving home.
Went to the gym and decided to up my speed. I had meant to go from 5.2 to 5.3 but when I upped the speed it landed on 5.4 and I just went with it. And then, I made my intervals longer so I only had 2 walk rests rather than 3, then ran an extra 5 mins. Ya, I'm insane. Still did my 2 mins of sprinting at 7.4. My longest run to date at 5.59 miles (8.99km) MAN if I new I was THAT close to 9km I would have kept going!! Dang. Treadmill said cal burn of 725.
I only got home at like 7:30. I started thawing my soup as I quickly had a shower.
I realized adding stuff to my myfitnesspal diary I accidentally overate by one cookie yesterday. I thought I had allotted 3 cookies, but I had only marked down 2. So I had to cut back a bit on my snacks today (today was a good day for it since I finished my day so late I didn't need to eat so much today) so I could 'add' that cookie onto today's cals to make up for it.

Lunch: 1/2 enchilada
Supper: Spicy Chicken Soup, grilled cheese
Snack: 4 kinder surprise chocolate bars
Total Cals: 1327 (1422 with the phantom cookie in there)

I just realized that I'll likely get to go to yoga tomorrow, and that makes me excited haha.

1422 kcal is overeating even though you´ve been burning so much??? Girl I´d be starving all day if I tried that! You´re so (admirably) active!

No no, it's not over eating. I average 1700 a day, but I try to keep my cals under 1500 on weekdays so I have more cals for the weekend. I didn't really have anything to fit between 1422 and 1500 so I just didn't have anything else (plus I ate all my cals in such a tight time frame since I was home so late that I wasn't hungry anymore.

I don't really mind the running, and I like the hot yoga, but I HATE the circuit training. Ugh, so much!

You're doing great running!!! I miss it. I hope to work my way back into some occasional running down the road.
