I'm pooped!!!

I'm gonna watch a movie and try to settle down..lol
Gotta get up early for church tomorrow.

I'm gettin' ready for church. :)
Once home, I have to run Cory up to his school for an hour or so bc they are having a Good-Bye concert for the Seniors.
(not open to public/families, just the students)
I forgot all about it!

I also forgot to tell y'all that Cory made Corral Choir again!!...

(The highest honor for choir/Corral are the ones that compete for State Championships.)

That makes the 3rd year! He has one trophy under his belt from Middle-School corral choir. ;)

Just got home from picking up Cory from the choir concert and I'm waiting for the apt. office to call me be back bc we need HELP!

All this rain must have brought them out...

I'll be takin' a nice long walk this evening with my friend Debbie from church as well..

I have a new walkin' buddy from church and I just got home and I'm BEAT!
We did 4 miles in 1 hr. and 5 mins!! We were movin' up/down those hills and all around our neighborhood including the park/pond. :ack2:

We had a blast.

We are doin' it again tomorrow. :D

Well, I need to hit the shower!! :ack2:

Congrats on the loss, the inches and the new walking partner, (helps sometimes doesn't it?)

I don't have an answer on the challenge questions, Claudia's gonna have to figure that one out. As far as I'm concerned, I want you around :hug2: but I don't know how the point system works per se.

I also lost an inch off my waist

and 3 1/2 in. total in other areas.

Im loving all the walking I need to start walking agian charge my mp3 player adn start walking in the ams before bed...I miss going on nice brisk walks but I had to stop due to my damn shins:(

RE: walking - I think it's a GREAT starting point for 'fitness energy.'

I know in my case, once home from a long and brisk walk, I am pooped but a good pooped and then I'm flooded with energy and my mood is so HIGH.
Exercise is such a great natural high.

The walking helps me really get all other forms of fitness kick started as well.. Just a Win-Win! ;)

Keep me posted if ya start a walking routine!

(on Tuesday) My leg was bothering me from the tough walk my friend and I take and then I didn't have good time management yesterday before church.

My leg is better so we will take our hour walk tonight.

Man, today has been rough for me so far.. *cries*

Horrible allergies this morning and NO smoking.

Hubby and I are so broke.. That's one way to quit smoking I tell ya..
When ya have to pick between feeding your family or smoking. :nopity:

This has always been a very difficult thing for me since I'm a nervous person with disorders. lol

WATCH OUT WORLD; Stay out of my way!!!!

ZuZu and I got out though and went to the park with pond.

Can U Smoke Coffee Grounds?

....That thought came to me this morning as I was pouring my coffee and not able to go out on the patio to smoke... :smilielol5:

I will be going to the Dollar Tree, Dollar General, and Wal*Mart for household items and groceries today.
If hubby and I would have bought smokes, I wouldn't be going anywhere.

Gotta stay focused and I'll be in prayer a lot today.. :Angel_anim: *giggles*

I'll be at my parents Monday for my B-Day Bash. (My b-day is the 28th, but it fell on Memorial Day when I was born. Every few years the holiday will fall on the 28th.)
We just always celebrate my b-day on the holiday. :)

I peeked on the scale and I'm down .4 more!

Man, I also got a lot of exercise from all the shopping, walking, and unloading groceries. (we live in an upstairs apt.)

I was very excited to find big bags of SFree bubble gum and mints at the dollar tree. That's helping some w/the smoking urges.
(I won't lie, I would love to smoke right now..lol) :sifone:

I probably have the freshest breath in TX at this point. :p

I did SUPER Great with all of the coupons/shopping.
BC we did not spend $57 on a carton, I was able to spend $127 total from all 3 stores. ($31 of that was for household items)
The Dollar Tree and Dollar General were such a savings with all that stuff!!
I got a huge thing of 50 load SunBurst laundry liquid for $3 for example.
At Walmart it's $6.38
Even though it was still tight re: trying to get as much healthy stuff as I could, I was able to get whole wheat pita pockets, bread, some veggies, and salad stuff.

This is a big difference from last week only having $54 for groceries.
(God is Good!)
I had a basket full of FOOD at Wal*Mart and with my stack of coupons the total came to $95 (Praise the Lord!)
Whelp, I'm gonna take a bubble bath and watch a movie.

:( I'm sad that I don't get any points after doing a GREAT job!

I have lost 2.6 lbs in 2 weeks which is great I think! :seeya:

Oh well..I will most likely be eliminated this go around..

Everything would have worked out if I would not have been up for 26 hours!

I made both church services and I'm proud of that bc that was an accomplishment in its self! (I really just wanted to go buy ciggs and stay home):sifone:

I LOVE my Church Family! Everyone was hugging me and lovin' on me; 110% supportive and giving me pep talks. No one has an attitude there like, ("OooO my gosh, she smokes/was a smoker")

I didn't get up until 6:30PM (passed smooth out once home from church..)
I got in bed around 1:30PM

I felt like a zombie once up and kinda sickly, so I was not able to force myself to exercise.

If I'm eliminated, I'll still post in here to cheer you guys on! ;)


I'm so excited that I'm almost at my 10 lb mark!! :hurray:
