Time to lose what's left!

Hey everyone,

My name is Ben, I'm 20 years old and live in Minnesota.

This is actually my second weight loss diary that I have made here. The other one was from about a year ago. I lost 75 pounds, from 275 to 200. I would say I lost 90 pounds, as I'm usually at 190. But today I weighed myself and was at 200. Oh well, a good solid number to start at again!

I've been stalled for a year! I lost focused, and have been yoyo dieting which has been maintaining my weight in a very unhealthy way. I jump from 190-200 almost every other week! It's time to get refocused for a long period of time to get everything I want off! Only problem is food is the best thing on earth and I'm lazy, ha!

I lost the 80-90 pounds by low carb dieting, I will be doing the rest and maintaining with just eating 2100 calories a day with weight training and cardio. I will be tracking my food on fitday. Oh my god I'm hungry. My gym bill is 4 months overdue, so I need to go in this weekend and get that going again, oops.

Writing in here last time helped me keep motivated, and this will be part of a stronger support system that I will try to build in order to finish this gross stomach off. So expect updates !
