Here goes!!!!
My diary . . . . .
So, I had my wisdom teeth removed on Friday - it was not a pleasant experience. I got home and took some Oxycodone and ended up fainting, hitting my head and seizing. Not a great weekend . . . it turns out that not eating for anesthesia combined with a very strong percocet is not a great idea.
Anyway, I have been living off of very soft and liquidy foods this weekend (Ensure, soup, pudding). And today was the first day I could eat relatively normally. I had a few donuts and some mashed potatoes!!! It was great!!!!! Food!!!!! Actually, let me rephrase that: non-liquidy food!!!!!!
In terms of weight loss, I am well on track. I am planning on losing 40lbs by the end of March - so about 2lbs per week. The worst thing is that I haven't been at the gym since getting my wisdom teeth removed and I probably won't be able to go for another week or so.
I currently weigh 144lbs and 5 feet tall - and on a typical day I eat around 1,800 calories and burn off 600-800.
