I have my days set up:
H.I.I.T/Weight training - 3 days/week
I read that H.I.I.T. is most effective in the morning on an empty stomach - which works out well cause I don't eat breakfast until I get to work.
My question is this - I have two times of the day I can do weight training:
In the morning before or after H.I.I.T. or in the evening after work. Which should I do?
