Time interval between H.I.I.T. and weight training?

I have my days set up:

H.I.I.T/Weight training - 3 days/week

I read that H.I.I.T. is most effective in the morning on an empty stomach - which works out well cause I don't eat breakfast until I get to work.

My question is this - I have two times of the day I can do weight training:

In the morning before or after H.I.I.T. or in the evening after work. Which should I do?
 
really its up to you and what you can handle. personally, i'd believe it better to keep them seperate so i'd do it after work.

another opinion is that i'd have something in my stomach before the HIIT. ;)
