Time for a bulk...? .. or not just yet?

Hey guys.. ok, here's the deal.

Even though training some sports for most of my life I was little fat.. Well not really fat-fat,more like in a kind of unusual way, because of the way my body stores fat - more like girls; love handles, butt, legs..
Anyway, about 8months ago I decided to change that radically and undewent a lot of reading first about everything incl here on the forum, and changing my diet and excercise plan... Anyway, Im very well educated in nutrition, fitness and excercise, so let's just ASSUME that my diet and excercise plan are flawless for now (since they are producing very good results :))

However... i'm 6'2'', and afer losing about 24pounds, 177pounds now... i look much much better, there's even a lot definition, i can see my abdominals pretty good, and everything... But still, there is some of the fat remaining on my problem areas, especially on my butt and lovehandles. Far less than before, but still I think far more than I would like to have... My body looks a bit disproportional now...

Anyway, my question is... Since I'm already a little thin now (people always keep reminding me of that lately, daamn), but my last fat is still there, should I countinue cutting for one month at least, to lose the last 3-4 pounds? I know i will get rid of that eventually (and last), because that's where my body stores the fat primarely, but I'm afraid that I would get way too thin in doing so..:) That way I can build a good starting point for a bulk... What do you think?
Or should I quit cutting now and bulk for a but and change a couple of cycles until i achieve what i want (i got pretty high goals ;)..

Tnx for your help.
Cheers
