i used to be a member on here a while ago, i went from 185lbs to maintaing around the 135-140lb mark in 6 months, i did it via healthy eating and 6 small meals a day and none to be over 200 cals(so 1,200 a day) i also did 30-60mins of cardio 5 days a week
i maintained for a good time until i fell pregnant... at my heaviest weight full term i was...224lbs :0...but granted i had ALOT of water retention...
anyway about a week after having my daughter my weight stabilised at 190lbs, so a good 35lbs was sheer water...
i was mortified
all my hard work just to regain it in pregnancy, i didn't eat like a pig either, but i was very ill in my pregnancy i didn't move as much as i shoul've done, i had pre eclampsia to :/
so anyway! my daughter is now 9mths and i've been putting off losing it for ages, i tell you what having a stressful screaming baby and trying to be on a diet and find time to exercise is bloody difficult :

i'm now at 171lbs
woo! ok, its still way too heavy but i've lost nearly 20lbs since having her, not really trying...
basically i started my diet "properly" no cheating about 8 days ago.
my weight as of then was: 176
my weight as of today: 171
MY PLAN!
i'm eating no more than 1200 calories a day and no more than 70g of carbs a day
i'm doing 30 mins winsor pilates and 30 mins of cardio(whatever takes my fancy, aerobics/running etc)
i keep track of everything via myfitnesspal app on my iphone..if you don' have it, get it! its great stuff!!
i've bought the new beach body 10 minute trainer which im excited to start tonight
my mission is to lose 50lbs by my daughters 1st birthday which is october 27th !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I WILL DO THIS
CURRENT WEIGHT: 171 LBS
GOAL WEIGHT: 120 LBS
oh and i'm only tiny 5'2ish
