I can TOTALLY relate to feeling frustrated by the scale! I have been dancing around 188 for the past 3 weeks or so, really making me mental. I have increased my walking, make sure to drink all of my water ( and then some), and even joined the gym, for crying out loud!
But I think I have learned NEVER to get weighed in at night again...LOL I am sure if I'd gone in the morning, I'd be a full pound less rather than just half. *sigh* What to do, what to do. Keep at 'er, girlfriend! Good luck!

Its amazing what not binging on the weekend and getting a little exercise will do! I now have under 30lbs to loose! That sounds great to me!
