Small loss...

I actually just switched mulit's. I was taking the GNC women's ultra mega and now I am taking the APEX women's mulit. I switched a couple days before I got the relentless cold. I don't know. School just started and there are a lot of germs there that I am not used to being exposed to. Thats probably where this nasty cold came from. I just woke up from a 4 hour nap.
To my weigh-in. I weighed-in at 179.0. So I lost a total of 4oz. Not too exciting, but at least I didn't gain. Maybe I will have a big loss next week. That is usually what happens, I loose a little one week, but then have a big loss the week after. We will see.
As for goals for next week... be healthy! I am not going to put a loss goal this week as I don't know when I will be able to get back out there and exercise.
Food today could have been better. I had my fruit for breakfast. Then I had a basil and mozzarella panini with cream of carrot soup for lunch. Both items were from the Metropolitan market (yummmm). It is one of my favorite pick-me-ups. The sad thing was I couldn't taste very much of it

. Not sure what dinner has in store. We might be going to Apple Bee's, but not sure yet. More soup possibly? I don't know if I want to sit in a restaurant. We will see.
We ended up not going to a movie the other day. We went to dinner and I was done in after that.
Thats all for now. I need to go find some water and veg. Ice cream anyone? I think I am going to have some tonight. Feed a cold starve a fever... maybe thats why I'm not any better... I haven't been feeding my cold very well.
