Thanks so much for the encouragement, Ladies. This long, hard weekend is finally over and I will be by to catch up on diaries this afternoon.

AND- I DID IT! I am down TWO pounds from last week(one pound from my lowest weight)!!....FINALLY!! 226! I beat my goal for the challenge by one pound!! Woooo-Hooooo!

Thank you all somuch for your encouragement. You really helped me stich with it!

Hmmmm? The thing about meeting a goal is that now it is time to set another goal.

YOUR THE BOMB!! Way to go girlfriend. I'm so PROUD OF YOU!! ~~BIG HUG~~ Now to set a new goal. WOW, I can't wait to be at that level. I'm at a stand still right now, but I'm sure it's due to Aunt Flo coming. CONGRATS!! I posted some pics in my diary, I hope you like them> :)

35 minutes on the elliptical tonight(270 cals, it said). I also did MEGA housework today and was beat from that, so I am sure I burned off some cals there, too. I did a stretching session, too, which is something new for me. I didn't do great on my eating, but it wasn't awful either. I really need to get back to charting my cal intake. Right now I am just guessing.

I am going to try and be up early tomorrow to try the workout that comes on the health channel every morning...or maybe it is on the Oxygen channel...I dunno. Anyways, I figure that would mix things up a bit so I am not just doing the same thing over and over.

No, Sophie. I weighed about 145 pounds when I was in college and it was mostly muscle. When I got married, I weighed about 150 pounds. I have only been overweight since I had my first baby almost 4 years ago. This is my lowest weight since I finished having babies and sterted shedding the pounds. Thanks for asking.

Sunshine, I did not end up mixing anything up this morning...lol. I slept till 9 o'clock. haha Guess I was mixing up the sheets...:p Maybe tomorrow, right?! lol
 
Hey you - damn kids huh - LOL...I have been over weight pretty much since i had my first as well...

Glad to see you posting and to hear you lost those two lbs - WOOHOO !!! Way to go girl!!!
 
It's good to sleep in! I do it almost every Saturday morning! Good for you getting in that workout yesterday! I hope this rest, makes your day a good one and your able to feel refreshed and ready to tackle another busy day ahead. I'll stop by later and see how it went.

Nice calm day today. I have NOTHING interesting to report. lol Sometimes that is a good thing!

Food: Somebody kick me so I will start charting food again. I have no clue how many cals I've had. UGH

Exercise: light day today. 25 minutes on the elliptical.


I'd better get to bed...it is late and I have already been warned;) :D
 
Calm is great Tif, but do me a HUGE FAVOR!! stop sending your storms to OK alright??? HAHAHHAHA I know isn't this weather NUTS! We have had so much rain, we are flooded out everywhere! Get to charting you food, I sent you a little something as an incentive to do it!! You deserve it!

Hey you - as long as you eat the same stuff and same way regularly - I d ont think charting is such a biggy...I pretty much now how many calories are in what I eat and I knwo when I have been good or bad...

I saw a few relatively affordable ellipticals for sale in New Orleans. I should go out looking for one here. My husband wants a stationary bike though.
 
I love my elliptical, Ashy. My husband would rather have a stationary bike also, but oh well.

I know I have not been around much. I have a lot going on(who doesn't right?) so I took last week off. I needed it, but had to force myself to finish it out.

So now I am back and will come catch up on diaries ASAP!
