Lol, is it such a bad thing to make yourself throw up just once in a while when you over step your daily "allowance" lol.
I'm not turning into a Ballemic or whatever they care called but i wouldnt mind doing it sometimes just on those days where i eat too much.
Also, i have lost a stone so far right, and about 3 weeks since i started my diet i ate ill guess around 12-1500 cals a day, maybe a bit less. Then later i came across this website:
And i tried it for a while, next time i got on the scales i had lost about 11 lb's in about 4-5 weeks.
I dont know if that lean diet plan helped, or was it that boost you get when you start a diet?
