so ... got a PM today from a Member here whos sharp eyes spotted some con artist using my before/after pics for his own fad diet

That's illegal. Unless the US has different laws with respect to using images of an individual ....
I would think he can't do that shit. He didn't get your express written permission to post your pics. What are the copyright laws like in New Zealand? I'm assuming if it is a picture of you that you posted on a website, the proprietary rights to the image wrest with you.

I emailed him, hes taken it down and said he was supplied it by some company which sounds right. Basicly Major rip of con artist says 'you pay us $xxxxx to run a website selling our product, we supply you all the shit' so he pays for franchise to sell their stuff, they hand him photos and peoples quotes and a pile of bullshit, he pays for promotional stuff on the website and runs it and resells their garbage unknowing. So im aiming to get the main company who are distributing my pics.
Keep an eye out for other websites with my pics on, no doubt this major company is selling em everywhere.

So i walked to and from work today. Took a bunch of Pics with my new camera on the way home so not overly tons of exercise lol. But feel free to check out my pics

Happy new year to everyone, may it be a great year for you all.
My goals for this year are,
* Continue with sports - unsure at this point if its cycling still or not, ive not been on the bike for a month (though its been busy busy).
* Start into my Photography more, if i get good enough i can sell shite online (you can view my stuff at or on )
* Not make any major puchases and pay off what we owe (this may mean less bike races and gear)
* Get a Hosting service up and running off my Dallas Server (probably gobbledy gook to half you guys) and Finish my VPS

Okay im back on the eating good wagon. Xmas and NY was fun whilst it lasted, but seriously ive gained a few kg which isnt a good look. Im looking distrinctly chunky.
I have a race in 6 weeks, if i go hard then i oughtta be able to loose a bit of weight and do some serious training!
