hmm so i found a much better riding log! gives me really cool stats!



My goal is to do 1000km this month. If i manage that then ill up it for next month, if i dont ill do 1000km next month (im starting late this month for a goal)
 
Hey there wishes,all that biking you do you have to have
the "worlds most sexiest legs"!! I tried the biking last year
and it killed my ass and I was so afraid of falling off I didn't
realize after 4 kids how much I am scared of alot of things
that I used to do with no problem lol.Well gl with your goal

well ive entered all the data for this month and heres my goal stats,

I know you've got a great behind but cripes it must be made of steel or something :) to be able to sit ona bicycle seat for that kind of mileage :)

and for the record, I don't really think I have a fixation with your butt -if'n I do it's in a purely heterosexual sort of way :)

I'm impressed is al I'm sayin' :D
 
See, now if I could ride that much, I surely would be much smaller than I am today, that's some awesome riding time your getting in. Great job!
 
gee thanks, clearly you hadnt noticed i havent lost any weight in a couple months now, even with all that cycling and eating the correct calories.

Speaking of food, i hate easter. Today one of the ladies did easter egg hunt and hid eggs everywhere around our desks, then surved up hot cross buns, then it was another girls birthday and she did a shout with some slices from a bakery.
Lets just say i ate no lunch at all and dont want to see any more junk food for a while. I think i did near on 1500 calories in junk food and breakfast alone!
I think i had 4 marshmellow eggs, 3 hot cross buns, a bunch of chocolate, and a couple pieces of the slices. Plus breakfast which was museli and yogert :)
 
Aww. Well, at least you had good bonding time with your co-workers, which is also important. And I know you're going to get through those last few pounds. Your body may be stubborn, but you're definitely more stubborn (that's a good thing)!

and you so do have a fixation on butts, ive seen your porno diary .. oh wait but that was Steve eh *sigh*

Im trying to challenge myself, to keep the motivation up. I was going to ride tomorrow but have had a few late nights and im going out to dinner tonight, so i think ill sleep in instead.
 
im pissed off
its been a long day and kids have been a farking pain in the buttocks all bloody day. We had a business meeting, i gave the kids chocolate milkshake and brownie and instructed them that this was an important meeting and could they please not annoy us too much. They moaned and bitched about the food, the drink, tattle tailing on each other.
So we banned them from being on computers for the rest of the day, so they bitched about how bored they were for the rest of the entire day 'oh ive got nothing to do'. Hang on, im sure we had things to do before computers and tv came along!

But thats not the worst. I went to all the trouble of making a spinach, feta, pine nuts and filo pastry pockets. I spent ages putting them together and cooking them, and they turned out fantastic!
Kids cut it opened, saw green and pulled faces. I made them eat one, then allowed them to fetch something else from the kitchen. Not liking a food is one thing, but then they proceeded to insult my cooking by saying things like 'i wish we had a dog so i could slip it under the table for the dog' etc amoung other things.
That made me *MAD*. Its one thing to not like a food, its another to insult the food and the chef when they spent hours on it and it tasted perfectly fine!
So i cancelled ice blocks for after dinner, i made it VERY clear that it wasnt acceptable behavior, and now im just pissed off in general.
Im gonna go cycling round the block.
 
nah havnt changed lol.
ok went tramping today, 4 hours of hiking up and down steep hills with backpacks stopping only to consume food.
I managed to eat about 500-700 calories worth of easter eggs and still only eat 1800 calories for the day. Which is great because im sure i burnt heaps.
We had a camp stove thing with us that we cooked sausages on for lunch, wrapped in bread. Then we had marshmellow easter eggs. I figure marshmellows are nice toasted so what say we try marshmellow easter eggs!
So we found a few sticks, cleaned them up with a knife, chucked the easter eggs on and put them in the flame. Sure enough they were super yum! just like marshmellows over the fire only they had chocolate flavouring! I think i ate about 4! plus hot cross bun (also heated on the camp cooker lol).
I got home to find that i had won the auction for the bike for my daughter (younger one) so now all 3 of us can go cycling ... we all aim to finish taupo this year which is 160kms of hard hill riding!.
i got home and had 3 of my filo, spinach, & feta pouches for dinner, now im gonna hit the bath for a soak and then bed :)
 
bah no riding yesterday, no sleep last night. its 5.30am and servers break - since im awake i fix em.

now its 6am so breakfast, then heading out at 6.30am for a ride. Im debating giving up on the last couple of kg. seriously.
 
Hi wishes. I don't know what is going on with those scales, seriously. But it's true that you are always looking good in your photos.

It's very cool, that you guys won the bike for the last daughter - I hope you're enjoying your early ride.
 
Cool early morning ride. How do you stay motivated when the scale doesn't move? I guess you think of all the other good reasons for eating right - physical health, etc. I was reading last night about the wear and tear on knee cartilage from obesity. Yikes.

The dog my friend wanted had been adopted by the time we got there.

He is buying a push mower and I am going to be mowing his lawn this summer for exercise (non power mower). Thanks for stopping by my diary for a visit.

I am frustrated having to eat so many vegetables but am persevering with it.
Need to try a few recipes.
 
screw motivation, go for determination lol. And yeah I look ok for my weight which is why ive thought of giving up on the last few kg, i just wanted to do them because my original goal was to do them.

Happychubette ... Heres a few of my favs.

Grab pumpkin, carrots, sweet potato, etc and any other vege that tastes good baked. chop them up into bite sized pieces, sprinkle a pumpkin seeds or something similar that you like (cashews etc), give it a very generous slop of balsamic viniger (lite version is probably best) then bake in the oven for an hour. Should only need turning once if that, but its a super yum and healthy dinner. I throw in whatever is seasonal.

Get some feta cheese, spinach, pine nuts, mix them together, wrap them in filo pastry and bake in the oven in little pockets. there are tons of variation of this recipe with measurements, but basicly make them to taste, they are pretty filling and low calorie.

Pickup a packet of vege soup (usual watery version works best) for a good base taste, put it in a pot. Empty a large packet or two of mixed frozen vegs, Leave to cook on low all day (slow cooker works well here). If you want some meat put in bacon bone. The packet means you dont have to add any more flavour, if they dont have vege soup use chicken. Basicly it all boils into a thick pulp soup which is more like mashed vegetables with tons of flavour :D

Sick of those last few kg, sick of work, sick of kids, blah blah blah winge winge.

Sick of posting in peoples diaries who never post in mine, in fact sick of spilling my guts in an online diary and being ignored. Just general angst , and its even the wrong time of month for PMS.
I got no cycling done over the weekend at all, but i did sleep in, and do the tramping thing.
 
OMG girl you are so rocking You have lost so much more weight sense I been gone!!!!!!!!!!! You go girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am new here but I want to thank you for sharing your incredible journey with me among others. I started at the beginning of your dairy and read it chunk by chunk over the last couple of months. I appreciate your honesty, perseverance, and humor. It made me really look at how I was approaching my own personal weight loss/lifestyle change and I realized that the only thing holding me back was *gulp* me. I see by your recent post that you are down. I wish I could give you an instant pick-me-up as you have given me through your diary. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you. Just wanted to let you know you are appreciated.

Hey now snap out of it lol easier said than done.I had the "PMS" mood killer last week I had it so bad I was hoping someone would look at me wrong so I could strangle them lol. Also it was EASTER weekend and that could put exersicing on back burner but guess what TODAY is a new day so let's get started!! I will try to post more,I am so freraking busy I forget to update mine at times...(makes note)lol Hope Tuesday is less of a "GRRRRRR" day Tammy
