Oh yeah, I accepted that i was gonna be heavier than the average person anyway. the BMI tests says i should be 55kg (120lb) -65kg (143lb). But considering my lean body mass without fat is 53kg (116lb) i doubt i would look good on 3# body fat or something equally sillySo have I read this right to think it's saying your body weight is considerably over normal, but your percentage body fat, is already borderline normal now ?
As for the C25k - we start that monday. that way i can run monday weds fri and cycle tues and thurs with my other daughter, and saturday with a group. sunday im sleeping in!
Im actually very happy with what im with now, if i never loose the last few lb i could easily live with it. But im 99% sure ill loose it, its more a matter of when.![]()
Oh a place called VibraTrain that do vibration training. The report cost $15. Not to sure where you can get it done elsewhere, but the machine is called InBody.I love your positive attitude. I hope I can maintain a similar outlook!
BTW, where do you get your report? Do you go to a gym? A doctor?
Sup biatch!, yeah im all for muscle, cant stand skinny waif like females with no shape. My daughter is skinny and waif like and has no muscle at all, we are doing weight training together at home, just easy stuff to help with her cycling.muscle is goodness.
