ok just got back from BodyCombat
Its aerobics, combat style. Kinda like karate and boxing and all those kinda things mixxed up. Absolutly awesome workout.
Ive been trying different ones each day of the week. Body Jam is a dance one i did, hard on co-ordination, crap on the workout. Not sure i wanna go back.
BodyPump was the next one ... lets just say it was crowded and everyone grabbed and set up equipment... a) i hate step aerobics etc (they got out steps) and b) i had no idea wtf i was supposed to have or not have. I walked out before it even started and went and did some cycling.
But the BodyCombat, now that was fun! less co-ordination, more workout, and lots and lots of fun! Ill be doing that one again!
Looked at the weather forcast and looks like its gonna rain thursday and friday, so tomorrow (weds) is likly my only day for a few to get some cycling in. Since its also a holiday i have less excuses not too. Although i may do running instead and go running down to my friends place to visit
Maybe even the long way!

Of course this is providing i get the work done that i have to do tomorrow anyway *G*
