Hey! Just stopping by to see how you're doing! So how do you like that HIIT style workout? I've been reading about that quite a bit.
Its hard, but awesome for you :D:D

Got a friends daughter over today, visiting the twins, then doing Body Jam for 90 mins ( dance style aerobics) then its dinner time :)

Actually i was sorely disappointed in the workout. It was pathetic.
The dancing itself was fun, and i learnt some great moves. But although the instructor was sweating and breathing hard, i was barely breaking a sweat!
Now i thought that i would struggle, but the only thing i was struggling was all the moves rather than being hot and tired :/

I will probably do it again, but more for the dance side of it than anything else. I always wanted to learn some cool hip hop moves :D

P.S. Isn't it great to have to go out and buy something cuz nothing you own fits anymore!!

Sorry to hear the class was a disappointment - but chances to dance are a good thing :)

But that must have also given you a great sense of satisfaction -- something that would have made you sweat like the instructor six months ago, is now easy for you.
 
i took dance class when i was in the 9th grade. I loved it. I took tap dancing and hip hop dancing. I had nice legs afterwards. lol.
 
I suppose so, i just feel lame doing posts like that lol. And yeah i do read yours often - just dont comment often :D

Then I must be the queen of procastination!!!I took have to push myself hard to exercise which is why lately I have been walking alot b/c ive had a lot on my mind so it helps me think and clear it plus it seems so effortless - usually - however I need to make myself start going to Curves agian...

9 months ago i wouldnt have been able to do 30 mins! :D

Went cycling again today - 50km. Took 2 hours this time and was a lot easier than it was last time.

Hey! You found my diary and now I've found yours!

Good job on that HIIT stuff, that kinda stuff scares me... I can't run so I don't know how I'd work up to something like that. I mean I can jog, but not for long, maybe a minute...:rolleyes: I want to learn to jog/run and build up my endurance, but I'm gonna wait a while until I'm done or almost done my cardio kickboxing/resistance training program.

I love dancing, I soooo wanna take dance classes one day for the tango and all those kewl ballroom dancing type dances! Hip hop would also be sooo fun. I watch those dance shows and it's nuts the practice they have to do, how sweaty they get, how much work it is, etc etc... a tape wouldn't be able to do anything like that. It would be awesome to be able to build up to dancing like that!

Anyways, I hope you have a great day, and keep up the good work!

Dont worry, i couldnt run before either! I can only run for about 5-10 minutes max, then i have to walk fast to let my heart get back to a regular beat and being able to breath again, then i go for it again!
Eventually my goal will be like 20-30 mins running without stopping, that would be cool. But for now im just happy i can run at all!

Hah! one super workout once a week doesnt count as much - but im trying to do SOMETHING :)
I must admit, the cycling long distance thing is really working for me nowdays, the more i do the easier it gets.
Last time i did 50km i was dead towards the end, and the rest of the day. This time i cut off 30 mins and i was only starting to get tired and sore towards the end. And i was fine for the rest of the day!
In fact im thinking of making my cycling trip longer next weekend, maybe a 70km ride or something.

Hahaha, yeah i buy like once every ten times i go ... that means i go window shopping an aweful lot :O
Trying hard to pay off bills atm and then save a deposit for a house, so clothes are on hold until xmas when im at the goal weight except for essentials.

On another note, those that follow my diary may recall i loaned a local woman $14 for some pain relief once, then realized afterwards (when she started acting weird) that she appeared to be stoned and probably just milked me for the drug money.
Anyway I wasnt worried about the money so much as the 4 kids she had.
Anyway a couple weeks later her house burnt down (electrical failure apparently).
This chick is a walking worry in my mind now.
Shes overweight (massivly overweight too ... bigger than i used to be at 320lb/145kg), and lets her kids run riot.

Anyway today the kids came home and told me that apparently she 'fell asleep and never woke up' over the weekend. And that she 'had to many drugs'.
Now ... who didnt see that coming .... seriously ....

Im not keen on people dieing, but im soo much more releaved that the kids are living with their dad now whom i hope is a much better father than their mother was a mother.
 
Aww, that's so sad. I hope they're in a better place with their father too. I'd hate to see stuff like that and not be able to do anything about it. But, at least they won't be around the drugs and whatnot, if the dad doesn't do them that is.
