Yeah go splurge on a new bike - it will mock you everytime you see it until you ride it, then you get your exercise! lol
Cats ARE cute, when they are kittens, but i dont really want one. So babysitting them is awesome for me :D
Ill post any good ones i get happily.

So i ate that other bacon sammie and im totally stuffed to bursting point. Least i made it over 800kcal mark which was good.

So much has happend this last while for you, so I had some catching up to do:) I've just been so bussy... so it might be alittle late:)
I am so glad about the surgery working out, you are truly a heroine!! And even better to see you get the nice bonus of the healthy life reaching the goal weight. You are unstoppable and even a greater motivation for it!
I love cats too, we have about 30 at my parents (and now you probably think freaky cat people- but they are all outside and for hunting mouse, though I try to tame everyone of them) I hope you have fun with them:)
And as you know from my diary I am trying that soupthing you went on, though soup is getting really annoying to eat. (Stupid water with flavour!) But thank you very much for the input for making it easier!
 
OMG...I cant wait to see you guys on oprah:D That would be friggin awsome! And you all deserve some recognition for your support and major accomplishments...

Mashed pumpkin? Is that like sweet yams kinda? I love sweet yams:p

Ahh you crazy cat person you! As for the SH diet, well ive gained back a good portion of what i lost, and ive stuck dead on my calories and exercised. I suspected it might happen somewhat, but it was fun for a while *G*

Dunno, never tried sweet yams before. All i know is that i LOVE pumpkin, between pumpklin and beetroot, i cant decide on my favourite vege. Though i love corn as well :D

Haha dunno - ill have to wait and see. Not sure if she will get back to me. I presume shes totally busy and has her minions reading emails seeing if its a valid idea.
I know she does get into the weight loss thing so hopefully we wont just get ignored :)

They were born! last night 7pm. They were the cutest things ever as well :D
I got photos but havnt taken them off the camera yet :)
As for the kittens, the lady didnt answer the door when i went back to get them *shrug* Dunno what happened to them there.

Thanks for warning me about the gain afterwards, I haven't actually lost so much, but it is nice to get back to the good foods again, and in that way it really helps. Though it will be a while before I eat soup again. My friends recomended a peasoup when I told them I was trying to eat soup (not that it was part of a diet:eek:) So I think I'll make up my own rules next time, eating different soups not to get crazy (spices can only do so much:))
Anyway good to hear about the twins and all went well:)

PS. for you I changed my avatar (well also for me, I am such a farmer so in the city I miss animals and fresh air) I am a animal-person, I have a dog too. Just got of the phone with my mum, it refuses to eat, so much it's missing me:(

Yeah agreed on the spices lol. Twins are all good, been a busy day so no pics.
What is that in your av? it looks sooo cute!
We picked up the kitty today that we are babysitting, my husband has been playing with it for no less than 5-6 hours straight now since we picked it up!
Pity we cant keep it, but then they dont stay kitties forever anyway lol. I think 3-4 weeks is perfect. Id rather babysit a kitten than keep heaps of cats anyway lol.

Well my vow to eat tons of fruit and veg is still good. Ive eaten about 2 cups veg, and 3 of fruit today. Today i made my calories, but mostly because i had a couple hot cross buns lol.

Better to have the buns than the chocolate though i reckon. No exercise unfortunatly, been rather rushed off my feet day, and just as i was about to settle down on the exercycle today my older brother turned up asking what happened when i contacted the hospital.
He just left now, so im doing this post and heading to bed, tomorrow im doing a 40km ride on the bike weather permitting.

Anyway, have a great day to those just waking up :)

Congrats on getting alot of fruits and veggies in I am trying also to add more fruits in either sneaking them in for breakfast or snacks.

well its 7.20am and looks like fine weather here.
So i guess im going riding huh.

I have a kitty here climbing up my legs and playing with everything. its sooo cute!
 
LOL I had to read back in your diary to find out the twins Mahatt are referring to are NOT yours!! They are your friends. I was about to jump up and down and say Wishes, I have twins also, I do, I do, I do.
I love kitties.

And good job getting all those vegies & fruits in - I'm having a really hard time going that these days!
 
ok feeling better. Gonna do that 50km run every weekend until this 90km race.
The 50km im doing is the equivalent to the first part of the 90km race so i should be very ready when the time comes. The second half of the 90km race is downhill and flat, ill be fine for that.

Spa pools are great aint they?! :D
