Does anyone notice how many clothes you go through when fat? its like they need to stretch more, and then the inner thigh rubs the seems apart
Yeah i got a book - it didnt explain anything and i couldnt ask it questionsOh the birds and bees talk... my mom asked what I knew and then told me if I had any questions she could buy me a book!!! Talking is much, much better than leaving us to our own devices!
Tell me about it! the bigger you are the worse it gets. I went through tons of pantsDo you have any idea how many sets of scrub pants I have gone through because of that?? LOL.

No worries - i was at work anyway, i figure you just got busy like i didHey Liz, sorry I bugged out on you on the MSN before; I had to run out the door and totally forgot to log off.![]()
I'm trying to get the talking thing with my kids going early...so they're never too shy to ask the important questions.![]()
Yeah, thats part of my motivation *G*That sucks that the scale isn't moving for ya liz, but be patient. You know as well as I do the weight loss can slow down then speed up at a moments notice.
Just know that half way around the world there is someone insanly jealous that you're cycling right now.
Good on ya for walking! Im not much of a walking person, but im thinking i should start into it now that ive lost a fair bit of weight. Half my problem was bung feet from carrying the extra weight, now thats sorted itself out i might just get into it.Hi Wishes!!! Glad you can be out cycling. I want to be outside more now, but ice and cold limit me to mid day walks. I did do an hour long walk this AM though. I know you are working very hard toward the goal of having surgery to help your brother...how's he doing?
Indeed, do you ever get that dizzy feeling after getting off the treadmill? At least on the treadmill, when you get tired and decide to stop, you are where you started from, no matter if you walked 1/2 a mile or 5 miles.
Ello, just wanting to plaster "The Body" picture everywhere ehHello.Thought I would stop by.
Oh yes, I know what you mean about the "weird" getting off the treadmill feeling. That's why I don't do it very often. The last time I did, when I got off, it was just weird. It was like the room was moving past me faster than my feet wanted to go, and my legs were really heavy. Not worth that, when I can just get on the eliptical. LOL
