HI AMY!

Well last night i hit the gym again, so a total of about 1000-1300 cals burnt yesterday. Today im tired, ill stick with vibratraining - an easy 1000 cals. Tomorrow ill get back on my bike.

Had a yum dinner of KFC last night. I had forgotten breakfast so went to the cafe accross from work and bought a BLT (with no mayo or avacado). The thing was huge and filled me up long past lunch time. I had a piece of bread at about 3 but still had a ton of calories. Since we had a guest over we opted for the KFC. Funnily enough i actually peeled the skin off the chicken before eating it. I used to eat the lot and love it, now it just tastes manky and oily.

Anyway that was yesterday - today im gonna go cook pancakes for breakfast.

Well it most definatly makes you feel less guilty when you go over slightly :D "oh well i worked off 1300 cals today anyway .. thats more than i ate!"

Yeah i do wonder about their numbers, sounds like a scam. Its still a good workout though.
I ended up not going there today, got up at 9am and it went downhill from there.

Went to make pancakes, pan was so worn the first one stuck bad and had to be thrown. Husband decided we needed a new electric frypan so went off down the road to get one.
Meanwhile i was cleaning the other one and knocked half the mixture down the drain so had to make more.
About an HOUR later hubby comes home (he always looks at stuff and takes forever) with a frypan, so i start cooking them.

So at 11am i finally got my pancakes for breakfast, which ended up blowing a fair few calories on.
Then we went to the wave pool for some fun swimming - man it was awesome. Then i topped up my calories to like 900 for the day by having some chips for lunch at 3pm on the way home.
So my brother comes over for a BBQ and they have all this food that i couldnt eat because i was so close to my limits for the day. :(

No matter how much i jiggle it im still over my upper limit for today :O
Still, ill be cycling tomorrow morning - ill burn most of it off (I hope). Its rare that i go over, and im only really on 1700 so still ate less than i consumed :D
 
Hi wishes. :) I've just been catching up a few pages here - sounds like you are still doing fantastically well with your cycling. Glad the chafing's not a permanent thing. Cycling's something I've never done much, but I will never forget the experience of trying to get into it a bit years ago, and getting bruises in places where I had never had bruises!! It does sound like a wonderfully effective way to speed up your exercise without putting too much pressure on your joints. What you are doing is massive and I'm sure those scales will start toeing the line again very soon. :)
 
Cycling was fun today, i had to cut it short because of chafing again - i suspect its the cheaper pair of shorts rather than anything else so Ill wear the smaller more expensive ones.
So thats another hour of exercise in, plus im doing some walking/tramping later on today.
Grr! The scale still hasnt moved all week! weigh-in is tomorrow for the challenge, im peeved!

Hi W! Ok, I had to share a product with you, I haven't tried but people I know swear by it... plus it has a great name and I thought you might get a kick out of it. Here it is Gals that I know who motorcycle swear by it. Says it really helps chafing.

Hang in there, you are doing everything right!! the scales will move!!!

Yeah you can get stuff similar to that here as well, i might have to look into it.
I dont have a problem with my other shorts, just this pair.

Oh well. im knackered.
I reckon ill get an early night tonight - its only 6pm and im just sooo tired :/

Well today is gonna be rest day, last night i was so tired, i held out until 9pm but only just. I was ready at 6pm to go to bed, but managed to hold out.

Eating was in control yesterday - in fact it was good. Had toast for early breakfast. Then leftover Lamb chops from the BBQ after i got back from cycling.
Lunch was weetbix (since i had misssed my fibre that morning)
Then a birthday party was for dinner, to which i stuck to asparagus rolls, salad, and a couple cocktail sausages (yum!)

Congrats at the party I had a b-day party to
and I mingled took me a south beach protien bar and stayed
away from the cake and deli trays cookie bins ect lol!

Wooo - what was super about the party was that the kids didnt get HUGE plates of foods, but only a few foods, and then said 'no' to the cake and saved it for ages afterwards.
 
I hope your Monday isn't as tiring as your Saturday! Being tired from exercise is ok though I guess. :)
 
Whoooa it seems like forever since ive been here, ive been tired going to bed early nad sich and just not alot of time kicking around here...good to hear your eating has been well...sorry to hear youve been beat, it happens when you exercise like a mad wmn, have a family and worka cpl of jobs HUH, LOL...
