Its cool that you come pop in and read a diary.
Its really annoying to see the same message on every single diary.
Might be an idea to just read and not post if you dont have the time to say something worthy. Thats generally what i do.
If you want to raise your post count for some reason, go post under the off topic or something weird

Well finally i got the van legal (warrent of fitness and licenced etc).
Luckily i made the dude a website so it cost me only for the parts.
No money from the dude who owes me which is really killing me somewhat.
I want my bike and cant get it till he pays me.
Gonna catch a bath and early night - or maybe just an early night ... anyway weigh in tomorrow morning

Well the guy still hasnt paid me so the new bike is still on hold :/
Went out to a party last night and there was this HUGELY fat chick dressed in some sleevless dress with the ragged cut bottom half. And she was dancing on the floor ... the amount of looks she gets and people pointing and laughing as we kept getting bad glimpses of large expanse of thigh makes me glad im doing this.
Admittedly i was never that big. But i do wonder how people can do that and yet sit there and say 'oh but im scared everyone will look at me if i go into a gym'.
On another note, the tall thin asian girl dancing wildy with her arms out everywhere was funny to watch fall out of her dress (up top) and not notice, but keep on dancing. Eventually her boyfriend pointed it out, turned her around and she did her jumper up to cover it
She didnt have that much to fall out in any case
Had a great night out (didnt drink though), went to bad at 1am. Got up at 7am. picked up my friend to go cycling. We left and it turns out my friend wasnt fit at all... hadnt been on a bike in years! Anyway after 7km we went back to his place, had a coffee and he gave me a lift back to the van. Hes going to take on board the advice i gave him to do a daily run of 3-4km to get his cardio up so he can breath etc lol.
So not much of a bike ride today, but im off tramping for the rest of it so i reckon i have a fair bit of calorie burnage.

there was a guy last night trying to hit on me, it was very funny. I asked him how much he had drunk and he claimed none (of course he was pissed as a fart)
Anyway He said he was with some All Blacks oh some party bus thats how they got into a invite only party. Then he was trying to impress me by showing me his muscles etc.
By this time both me and my friend were bored with him and no longer found him amusing, so i put my arm up on the table and said "Show us where your mouth is, arm wrestle?"

Then he distinctly looked greeny yellow and quickly got up and left

lol. nah the guy who owes me money is sweet. He has to invoice some other dude who invoices some other dude who pays kinda thing. Lotsa middle men and he doesnt have any control over how soon they pay.
Considering we only just finished the job it could be a wee while yet
Ill live, im just impatient!
Anyway, so today was a bust on the cycling, though i still did 400-500 cals burnage.
The Tramping/hiking was mental.
Like we started up this steep cliff, that just went on forever. After an hour of that it was up and down along the top, and then down hill.
Took us 3 hours to get the the finish (not the 1.5-2 quoted) and then because it was so late by this time (5pm) we ended up leaving the picnic spot to head back via the beach.
Now the beach was a massiv stretch of marsh, dunes, and endless kilometers of sand.
We spent a total of 6 hours solid walking with packs.
So ....
Calories in: 1456 (on the upper limit, but i needed it ... mm KFC)
Calories out: 5832 (3562 from activities the rest basel)
Im gonna have a hot bath and hit the sack i think.

Me too...I went once at my mom's in BC...my step-dad took us up a small mountain to the top! It was an awesome workout, and even though I wasn't exercising at the time, it still felt great to do it!
