A HUGE Bravo to you on the century mark loss Wishy !!! I'm supremely proud of you !!
But there was never any doubt in my mind that you'd reached this number, the only surprise would've been you not losing 100 pounds (or more)
As far as your rant post, yep I'd be one of the 'amen' people you spoke of
The body of that post probably was one of the best formulas for weight loss on here because it was HONEST !!! Weight loss simply comes down to two things: A numbers game and devote mind control. You and I will always agree on the methodology you used to obtain your loss
You would lose your weight whether I posted on you diary or not - as would I if you never posted on mine (or anyone else for that matter). Our decision(s) were made long before WLF became a part of our lives. I've always extended an unwritten rule that those who are under control really don't need forum coddling and those who sabotage themselves can stay - well, fat I guess. It's not going to be T2 or Wishy's post that makes then or breaks them. Can we agree we hope that we help influence them ?? and can we further agree that we get tired of the flaunting of failure even when we pour our heart and soul into a specific person's journey ?? I guess part of our passion IS to send out the good word and it comes back ten-fold when we see someone trying as hard as you but then we feel the proverbial slap back when we see 'diet jumpers' that just think there's an easier way
I've learned to 'bite the bullet' on here long ago because I know a.) you can't save people from themselves. and b.) I was once a (well still am) a fat person and know their trials and tribulations. c.) It's instinctive to choose the 'easiest' path first (which never works).
I luvs ya because you shoot from the hip
I'd rather deal with someone that's honest and brutal (if need be) than someone who sugar-coats things just for the sake of popularity.
Your transformation has been an astounding event and the 'gals' on here could go a loooooong way to study your methods and practices in weight loss.
I'm really glad you're going to stay here and let me watch your reduction to the very end, it's been nothing short of interesting and I'm sure a good many entertaining stories are still in your bag of tricks.
Wishyisms have become a fun part of my foruming experience
The blue hair ROCKS !! (even tho it's gone).
Keep on being you (just a whole less of you)
