well i grabbed a ride with a friend to the LUG meeting. I figured he shouldnt go out of his way to pick me up so said i would meet him down the end of my road (about 2-2.5km) and thought i could get some exercise in.
He goes 'oh how about the McDonalds down by the on-ramp' assuming that i was driving or being dropped off i guess. I agreed to meet him there.
So i got home, grabbed the laptop and all the gear i needed. Shoved it in the backpack. Put the ipod on. And proceeded to jog about 6km to pickup point. Took 30 minutes and man that bag was heavy!
Great way to get the exercise in also.
I just limit myself to coffee only when at other peoples house or if i have visitors, and only in the morning to get me going.
Ive weaned myself off all sugar, but i still take low fat milk
And there is a LOT of money to be made online still. try finding an importer with a decent product that will sell and you can put at least 100% markup and it still be cheap (its easier than you would think).
Then order a bunch, sell them - reinvest the money into ordering more stuff
its xmas, you outta be able to make a fair few bucks.
Stuck to electronics or kids toys. Kids toys break less often though as a general rule (less returns)
Like i said, my daughter turned my $35 nto $250 easy enough.

I havnt been to the gym in a month nearly. Just cycling - and i barely did any of that this week either.
Tomorrow im going on a very long bike ride up a very steep hill as far as i can go, then im gonna come back
Burn off as many calories as i used. Then as of monday im back into the gym AND cycling to work. December is gonna be my ass kicking month!
Im gonna ban all those sneaky things that have slowley made their way into my diet, and go with more salads and vegs and fruits (plus of course my protien)
