Well today was an ok food day, i worked on my website and gave it a revamp (see it linked in my sig).

For some reason my homepage is really popular and i make a fair bit of $ on google ads (about $1USD a dayish) which is good. Ive left all the major stuff in place to keep the visitors up.

Anyway now im off to bed - im knackered. I really dont feel like cycling to work tomorrow - but i guess i will :(

hehe , well looks like im working from home today. a restless night and a sick son means no cycling to work.
Ill jump on the exercycle and get some done today i think..
Man im feeling so unmotivated lately :/
 
I hope your little man feels better soon...but on the upside you didn't have to cycle to work today, always a silver lining.:p

well i managed to get myself motivated for a slow hour on the exercycle. Felt better for it in the end.

My food is distinctly lopsided so im trying to make a change. Ive been eating less and less in the morning and more and more in the evening.
I was eating 500cal for breakfast and lunch and 700ish at dinner :/
Anyway im trying to make it 700 for breakfast and lunch at least, have larger breakfast and more snacks. Then have more veges to bulk out the dinner meals so they then im eating less cal at dinner in general.

So i havnt had dinner today, ive eaten weetabix for breaky, yogurt and toast for lunch, half a chocolate bar, some pumpkin seeds and im at just over 700 cal which is great.
Now i just have to organize dinner :D
 
great idea-and i am also a huge dinner sufferer, but it makes such a huge difference when you balance your biggest calorie load with your biggest energy usage time! anyways, a way to avoid overeating at night is to plan those few calories as protein calories-they fill you up faster and keep you full longer! good luck

My scales arrived at long last. They dont do the fat % or water % because they dont measure that big :(
What a bugger eh! lol
Well thats what i presume is the problem anyway. but for now they do give me the weight. Now i just have to compare them to the ones at the gym and see how different they weigh :)

Cool! Congrats on the delivery! I'm wishing I hadn't taken mine back to the store, but on the other hand I'm glad I did. I'd wake up in the middle of the night and weigh ...it was bad! :eek: :p Enjoy your new scales! With the hard work you're putting in I'm sure the numbers on that baby will be steadily dropping.

Havnt cycled to work all week - suck eh!
Just using the exercycle instead which is ok i suppose.

Arg i have a big fat pimple on my chin - who ever said you dont get that after being a teenager!
 
Keep forgetting about the darn time differences. It was almost 10 til 9 am here when I left that. At any rate...glad you've been able to get some cycling in if only the exercycle.
 
Yeah i never had much trouble when i was a teen with them, i think its all the cheese i had at the pot luck dinner last night.

Man was that a bad move lol.
We arrived at 7.30, i found the brie at about 7.31
by 8am i had eaten most of my calories in brie cheese (oh god it was worth it!).
I then stuck only to vegetables (which there was TONS of) for the rest of the evening. :D
 
I love cheese............ and i hate zits, i get them still......I'm like "what the hell i passed puberty a long time ago damn it!!!!"
I guess your only as old as you feel and mentally i'm about 12 i think:D lol anyway have a good one wishes........later gator.....star
 
Morning Wishes... I'm fairly new so..I didn't know you cycled to work... that's awesome! I live to far from work to cycle in... But I do cycle and gazelle in the morning... guess I'm trying to makeup for it... but I do walk during my lunches for 45 minutes..which makes me happy!!!
