So I've given some thought to the excess skin i have and decided I most definatly want to go ahead with the operation to take it off. Im thinkin in advance here as im not down to my goal weight yet

Anyway, My idea was to write a book with everything i know about diet and exercise (which now is a fair bit!) , sell it to make some $ and hopefully it should only take a year or two to make enough to cover the costs
if i sell it for $10 a book, i only need to sell 1000 books. Considering i work for a company that does ecommerce websites and im the primary developer i think i should do ok
In fact i probably have enough contacts that somebody else can sell it for me
Anyway Thats my great idea. Ive started with a basic plan, what chapters where. Tonight i will work on putting all the factoids in each chapter and sort the orders out. Once ive done that ill eventually link them all up with interesting and witty dialog! (hah well i can try ! )
SOOOOOOoooOOOooOOooOOooo ... If anyone has anything in particular they would like seen in this book, or emphisized in any way then give me a yodel. Ill include you in credits
