hehe Katie - im still doing the diet calories thing, just off the exercise (so still loosing weight .. just not so fast)
Anyway after this mornings post i got on the exercycle as a self kick.
In fact im gonna go get back on it now!

PS. even if it was my landlord, he shouldnt leave the kid in the car!
 
wow wishes i can see where that would get awkward, but wrong is wrong and kids have DIed in hot cars before so good for yu, keep kickin that ass into gear, having to reloosing 10 pounds would suck!!! STAR
 
I can't believe it took the cops 30 minutes to show up?! How big of a city do you live in? I hear people leaving their babies in the car if there sleeping so they don't wake up but come on...if it wakes up big deal, it goes back to sleep eventually lol
 
Hey Wishes - keep it up! All of that work that you have done on strength traing will hopefully help you keep your metalobism going sweet - just keep on controlling those calories - you're doing fine!
 
Okay Ive not posted my calories since last week so ill get back into that.
Im officially back on the exercise wagon. got up at 5.40 and went to the gym for an hour! HORAY!
Mostly cardio, the weights were a bit harder and i was loath to push myself :)

Calories for yesterday are ...
Calories eaten: 1177
Calories used: 2951
The calories were like 900 but i couldnt be arsed eating more (I skipped dinner and just had a cup of veges). Anyway as i was getting into bed i saw a protien bar and so scoffed that down to make up some calories. It was like eating chocolate in bed lol :D
 
Good for you to call the police!!! You were absolutely right to do that. The temp inside a car can raise 20 degrees very quickly in the sun. I personally confronted a mom who did this during the summer, man was she pissed, but too bad, I was worried about the kids.
 
Yay @ back on the wagon!

One time I saw a woman beating the poo out of her baby (in a car seat) because she wouldn't stop crying (yeah real smart right there), she saw me searching for my cell to call the cops and took off before I could get her plate number. You did the right thing.
 
Grr husband phon beeped all night and i ended up not going to the gym this morning.
I think ill sit on the exercycle for a bit again later today.

I was sore after yesterdays workout but i did take it easy. Today i seem less sore than i was before i started so im wondering if it helps out even if it hurts a bit :)

Well after debate on various peoples weightloss blogs i went and checked the bread im eating and logging against 92 calories each slice and found out its only 60 per slice! Hot damn! bout time i was underestimating calories for once!

I eat a fair bit of bread as its filling and quick and easy. Also low fat high carb so easy to burn off.

Either way im very happy! :D
 
Ha I can't stand bread. and other flour-y stuff. Makes me full very fast, but i'll be hungry within half an hour. Wastes my tummy space lol.

But if the american colleagues at workplace bake cookies, i can't seem to resist them hahahah.

Ahh yes but a bread sammie is only 120 cal plus filling (marmite/vegemite has plenty vitB and low cal) and one of those larger biscuits have about 300-400 calories (as do most medium slices of average cake)

that much?! *gasps* no wonder my weight didn't go up anymore becos they didn't bake for abt a mth alreadi! now i know what to do when they bring in those cookies!!!!!!!!!:p
 
lol, yeah cakes and cookies etc are pretty bad on calories.

Though people with o blood type should avoid stuff with flour such as bread and pasta and baking as they are predispositioned to put it on as fat (so i found out tonight from my trainer)

I was going for a full workout but ended up having a nice long convo about food and exercise with the PT (personal trainer) for 30 mins so ended up only having enough time for 22 mins on the bike before they closed. Though i learned a lot and she ended up booking me in for another review in a week and a halfs time.

Just stopping by to say your doing gr8 and have a wonderful
weekend! Oh I use the Wonder bread wheat lite it has 40 cals and 0.5 fat
per slice and they also make white bread lite same cals & fat. Tammy
