Though people with o blood type should avoid stuff with flour such as bread and pasta and baking as they are predispositioned to put it on as fat (so i found out tonight from my trainer)

hehe Im good, im healing at last! still get pain but im fine most of the time.
The exercise is great! Its helping heaps with it.
Still got a massive bruise on my chest thats red like fresh blood still and this is 2 weeks later!.
I also unfortunatly have my womens 'thing' which means i will have water weight and probably not make my 10lb for september. Man what a crap month that one turned out to be! lol
Anyway heading down to the gym now to weigh in for the final of the month.
 
Wishes, you are doing so well. I too found that my bread cals were too high, actually because I toasted the one slice I would eat!! I've read that book, about eating for your blood type....interesting, but it said us Type B's should not eat chicken:eek: . Sorry, gonna eat chicken, not the beef the book recommends. The book was correct about corn though, I can't eat it at all!!

Okay well in a massive flash-in-the-pan and where-the-heck-did-that-come-from i managed to loose another 1kg/2lb or so over the space of a day or two. Retained water can be a good thing sometimes!

a whole kg! in only like 2-3 days!
Though admittedly i did weigh in the evening last time, though i admit it did put me and +0.5kg also i just minused it because it was the evening :)

great job on the KG!!! I just think you are so brave for weighing at the gym. I've now gotten my courage up enough to actually go to the gym myself, but I can't even begin to imagine hopping on the scale there yet!
 
ok its been a few days because ive been messing with computers.
my laptop got the kick-to-the-curb and i upgraded to (ok for you non techies tune out) a brand new P4, a new intel chipset mobo with 800mhz FSB & Hyperthreading, 2x512mb dual channel ram, a matrox G450 dual screen running 2 17"s at 1600x1200 each and a crapload of HDD space.
Okay non techies you can tune in now again. Anyway suffice to say i have a new faster computer.
So i started back at the gym today properly now my ribs dont hurt as much and my hand is heaps better. I was supposed to start yesterday but had a late night the night before so was to buggered.
Heres the kicker, weighing in the morning and weighing at night makes up to 2kg difference!
I now weigh in at 111.8 - thats a 2kg weight loss since ... saturday? 3 days ago? I love my period sometimes and weighing in the morning! :D

glad to hear your ribs are feeling better wishes, now ya can really get back in the program again. I have my pom poms ready to cheer you on... although I lack the coordination and dexterity to do any actual cheerleading, I'll at least try
