Wow, maybe making a couple skirts might be the solution :D

You continue to amaze me, keep it up wishes!

I dont own any dresses, When i got married in a dress i overheard a whisper "QUICK GET A PHOTO! SHES WEARING A DRESS!". I think it has something to do with being so active when i was younger - dresses just got in the way - and when i was larger and older they just looked like tents.
Maybe when im skinnier and down to 200lb/90kg ill buy a couple for going out on the town or something.

Thanks guys for all your support and comments - it really means a lot to me :)

wishes your dresses are like my dress clothes. you have to worry about getting them dirty or torn. Bluejeans and t-shirts...... virtually indestructible lol.

OMG i just watched that video of the belly guy, does that ever encourage me to keep on my plan:eek: eeewwww, any how good deal on the size 20 pants, can't wait till i am there and ya know what i love skirts, maybe i am a weirdo but i like to wear them:rolleyes: keep up the awsome job you change like every day, you are rockin this weight loss site!:D later daze STAR

Okay re the size 20 pants, i wore them today whilst out on the town. They were bagging out at the ass and back and falling down a lot. I got home, promptly bagged them up and took them back and asked if i could get a smaller size (they were too big!)
They had no size 18s except the 3/4 pants (which fit perfect! but looked ugly as sin), so i ended up keeping the ones i bought originally. Ill have to buy a belt etc.

Excellent Dreams!! And that video you posted, I believe thats called a reverse trigger. Sure made me stop and consider a few crunchs and sit ups. Why OH WHY would he do that and record it. ???

haha that was exactly my thoughts!

Saw V for Vendetta last night. EXCELLENT movie! bit weird at the beginning but once it got into it got RIGHT into it!
Awesome storyline, about this guy whos trying to free the country of a leader similar in nature to hitler i suppose.

Dear Diary and perverted watchers,

Crap day today ... i survived but ended up at the hospital for several hours.
I finally got my husbands push bike off him and adjusted the brakes. I thought i would bike to the shops with miss 10yo and teach her road rules at the same time.
I showed her how to signal and to ride close to the curb. I explained you go around a parked car and signal. We start off fine. First parked car we get to i see her signal great and so i looked back to check for cars. No cars .. look back and my daughter has stopped right in front of me. I jammed on the brakes, which i had finely tuned only moments before and the bike stopped on a dime. The suspension bounced down and i promptly went over the handle bars.
I dont recall much except GREAT pain in the ribs as the handlebars gouged me and then rolling off the road. I recall seeing my daughter, telling her to get the bikes and herself to get off the road. And I recall seeing a red head lady about 100 mtrs down the road getting in her car and looking to see what the almighty roar was.
Next thing i recall was everything spinning and then stopping and i opened my eyes and the red head and some other lady asking me my address. I told her, then did a mental check that everything was intact, Stood up and walked back home with my daughter (after thanking everyone) and husband then took me to hosp.
Diagnosis was probable cracked ribs, Very badly bruised right side breast/rib area, Torn ligamints in right hand (im typing one handed with left atm), and mild concusion.
Apparently i hit my head thats why i passed out. I dont recall but the helmet has cracks so maybe thats true :)

Anyway i will be sore for a few days but not quitting anything. Ill use exercycle to stay fit and get it in, So long a breathing isnt an issue with the ribs.

I just watched that video...what makes me sad isn't just the weight, but the fact that he looks PROUD of it.

Congrats on the too big pants Wish!!!

OMG! I'm so glad you're ok! Way to show her what NOT to do:D

Hehe shes feeling terrible guilt about it all, i had to tell her not to worry herself to much, i should have left more room. Good advert for a helmet though!
Luckily wearing Helmets are law here.
Just had a lay down and slept after ice'ing everything sore with frozen silverbeet. Feeling a lot better now and can use the first 3 fingers of my right hand now :)

Ed: Just noticed this is post 333 in my thread and my post number 666 in total - wonder if its a blue/full moon also!

woah that's scary (both the numbers and the accident!)

i hope you are okay - and that you were wearing a belt so your too loose pants didn't fall down and give the street an eyefull :D

go easy on yourself until you are better..

well wishes if its a rib it'll take a while to heal. I wish I could say I have never done such but I am my moms accident prone child......

take it easy the best you can.............

lol hillbillie , thanks :)

Well i didnt sleep much yesterday and i had already decided not to go to the gym today (just as well, i was knackered!)
Ive forgotten to post my calories i think for a day or two ... oops :)

Calories eaten: 1273
Calories burnt: 2785

I think ill have a bath and go to bed early tonight :/

Hey thank goodness you were wearing a helmet!
Could have been MUCH MUCH worse!
We have a poster in our school that has a picture of a guy wearing a helmet that says, "to protect your brain, and to prove you have one"
Take care!

well looks like im out for the rest of the week :/
The cough has turned into a fully fledged cold and my sneezing sounds more like this...
aaahhhchooMUTHERFUCKERAAHHHOOUUUCH as i clutch my ribs
Ive stayed at home today instead of work because i slept bad last night - having asthma and cough with the sore ribs isnt helping.
I just realized the cough lollies i was taking have a ton of sugar in em - doh!
I dont expect to loose much weight this week or next hehe.
But ill be happy to get better.
The Diet is still most definatly on!

yea you would be surprised how much is attached to a rib. The sneeze can be really painful. on the cough lollies they do have the sugar free type but they are few and far in between.
