Well, I hope you feel better. You need yarrow, lemon and honey tea, a nice big warm blanket and a couple days to sleep it off. I hope your family is taking care of you. Get well soon, and be careful sneezing, all sorts of things happen that you can't control in the millisecond that it releases...lmao!:eek:

Yeah i was talking about you T2 :D

So today i worked from home - i have websites that are more than a couple weeks old and everyone in a panic 'OH SHIT IT NEEDS TO BE DONE!'
I'm the primary developer so i really dont have time to take off work. Hell Im the only person who puts sites together in the entire company, i have a team behind me training and a team in front of me designing and i still only work part time. It takes me about 10-60 minutes to put a website together (we have a templating system) and it takes anyone else 3-5 hours (including the people who wrote the templating system).

I overate tonight at dinner a bit - grr lamb! it always does that too me!
On another note i felt so bad about it i got on my exercycle and did 20 mins hard out.

Calories eaten: 1507
Calories burnt: 3026

Again im gonna try getting up at 5am tomorrow (same as today) however if im up at 2am again ill just reset the alarm for 7 (I dont sleep to well, when i cough or sneeze i wake up with the pain).

Wishes, so sorry to hear about your accident. I hope you are feeling better. I have never broken ribs. I do have asthma though, so I can imagine how the coughing works on those ribs. :(

Keep up the great job you are doing losing weight and working out. :)
 
Hey Wishes, just stopping by to say hi. I hope your feeling better. So, when you say you've burned 3000+ calories a day does that include basic bodily function or is that all calories burned by excersize?

Thats BMI + exercise total.

Im not that keen to be doing situps or running all day hehe :)
 
hehe, i thought about it but i do plenty of exercise normally when im not killing myself :D (about an hour and half most days or more)

heres another video

I went and did Vibra-Training today (vibrating platform, real easy to do and quick(15 mins) and burns tons of calories) since i was still not well enough to do a proper workout and i was feeling guilty.
I was unable to use my hand for a couple of moves so i probably used like 800-900 calories instead of the usual 1000. I found it a LOT easier now ive been going to the gym.
Im feeling mostly ok except for the asthma and sore ribs. The hand is useable for most things.

Calories are lookin a little low there today, i left heaps for dinner in case my friends cooked bad food but in fact the food was fantastic and low cal :)
Cant be arsed getting chocolate from the shop - too tired. I think ill opt for toast :)

Wishes, I haven't read the whole diary yet, but I just saw your before/during pictures on the first page and have to say how impressed I am with how hard you work and how much you've achieved. You've got yourself a great waistline in those shots, and killer curves!! I'm still having problems with a bit of pudge that I want to tighten up around my stomach. You were doing awesome then, I look forward to seeing new pictures!

Awwww, hope the cold isn't too bad, try and keep up your strength and drink plenty of fluids. Hope your ribs etc... are feeling better. You are doing brilliantly on calories burnt and calories eaten - keep it up!!
 
Ms_K, yeah little incident on the bike - see last post previous page :)

So drugs were excellent, took a bunch of cold medicine and painkillers and fell asleep for a couple hours.
Thanks duckie - i had forgotten to drink water today :/
went to the gym to talk to the trainers about things to avoid with the ribs thing and weighed in as well. 1kg lost - go go the diet without exercise!

I wont be going to the gym for training again till next week monday probably. And Ill have to take it easy.
