:D Hey there sexy mama "I see a book in your future" :beerchug: I swear you should put out a book Mom on a mission and share your success I would be your 1st customer but I of course would want a SIGHNED copy! You have done a gr8 job and you did it healthy and your also a mommy which makes a huge difference because alot of moms don't find time to take care of there self and don't think there is enough time to BUT with the right knowledge they could.:D Anyhoo keep up the good work,Tammy

and speaking of mums .. i took my younger daughter for a walk today. we walked at a quick pace for about 1 and a bit hours.

We also picked up a cool booklet with ideas of getting fit and having fun and lots of walking/cycling/running plans to get into shape.
Im gonna copy a bunch onto the website because they are cool things

well, im better enough to be cycling - but i havnt :O

Man i suck lol. i think ill cycle to work tomorrow (providing the weather holds out)

Okay, so i didnt cycle to work.
it was raining and the forcast said more rain (suck!). On a brighter note, i got on the scales and have dropped another couple lb overnight. Normally ill weigh myself a couple times and to make sure the numbers are right and not fluke .... nah not this time lol.
Its weird because i had been noticing the clothes getting looser just yesterday and falling down. Apon measuring my waist i know exactly where its come off too! all off the tummy! finally!
Now i almost have one of those lusty concave tummys i dreamed about!
i lost 5cm off the waist measurement in the last month or two (thats about 2.2"?) which i think is mamoth. The skin has settled down HEAPS! In fact other than a little bit i have hope that most of it will shrink and surgery wont be needed. Im ever hopeful :)

Now i just need to loose that bit more off the ass and thighs so im all in proportion.

You are simply doing a great job! ;) 2.2 inches in a month, YOU ROCK! You take a little off your thighs and I'll take a little off my middle, then we should both be proportionate. LOL LOL I'm losing in all the places you want to be and your losing in the place I want to be, why oh why?? :D I'm very happy for you!

5 cms off your waist at the size you are now, IS mammoth!!! That's fantastic!! I think I finally have a spot to put that sick looking drool emoticon we have available here! (Only almost though!!)

It is about time for it to stop raining altogether, everywhere in New Zealand, because it is only one more week till we land in Christchurch, and I have all my witchery powers set to "dry"!! (Snow is allowed. :)) I hope this won't upset the farmers!

Ohhhh!!!! you're coming here!!!! you flying through Auckland at all? Even if its a stopover i can make it to the airport for a coffee :D

Hi wishes i just wanted to see how you were going and girl you are looking great well done and congrats
Oh hey you, long time no see. How have you been? what you doing?

I am coming to New Zealand! We land in Christchurch, then 19 days later fly out from Wellington. I thought we could do a loop of the North Island as well, but others tell me we will run out of time before we get as far as Auckland. I'm not sure. My husband is inclined to keep moving when he travels and we have no predetermined times to fit in aside from the flights. If we did make it up to Auckland I'd love to see you.

woot, wow i went away and mayhem happened in the biggest loser thread - i think ill steer clear of that one!

Going to a party tonight - and i already ate a massive mince pie for lunch so have few calories to spare for food.
Ahh well, im cycling tomorrow :D

Hi Wishes!! Have fun cycling!!! Hey, how does it feel to be so darn close to your goal????

Hope you have a great weekend!

oh so busy atm. so much work etc. lack of time for everything
i think my life is going to be re-organized so i get some downtime.

Oh, the importance of organization!!! I'll tell ya what, nothing stresses me more than being unorganized!! Good luck w/ it girl!

heh the problem is im too organized, everything is organized down to the minute on most of my week - and i can rarely fit in some things, or by the time i have my cycling or something organized i just want to sit down and do nothing.
On the other hand, I did cycle 65km today - now i have a hangover headache from hell :O
But i feel better for it. Finally the longer days are coming back so ill be able to do more evening rides and morning rides.

You sound just like my wife, from the moment her feet hit the floor until she's back in bed, every minute is planned. I am just the opposite. I can sit on the front porch for two hours and watch the leaves change colors (it's Autumn here) with a cup of coffee.

Sounds like you just need to plan in some time to just kick back, though the cycling must be restorative, sort of an active relaxation therapy. I find my early AM walks to be that way. This time of year I get to see the Sun rise each morning. We'll go to daylight savings time (or off it...I can't keep it straight) soon and I'll wake up and walk in darkness :(

But watching the Sun rise (or set) is one of those relaxing things (for me) like sitting in front of a bonfire or watching the surf roll in... kind of an accelerated relaxation. Handy in a time management sort of way :)
