Thoughts on Routine:

just a suggested work out to lean down / lose belly

Monday: Full Body

Tuesday: Swim in Morning / Cardio Evening

Wednesday: Full Body

Thursday: Swim in Morning / Cardio Evening

Friday: Cardio Morning

an intense cardio routine. i only have time for 2 full body workouts a week.

cardio routine = 11 mins HIIT (1 min walk, 1 min sprint) 8 Minutes on Cross Country Trainer & 10 lengths of pool. (possibly put 10 mins on bike before pool)

any thoughts?
 
I'm not sure what your goals are, and how skilled of a swimmer you are. But swimming works a number of different muscle groups.(I find it it does anyway, but Im not much of a swimmer)

Im not sure if thats the best call each morning after a full body workout. Now if your going lightly and using it to stay loose that's one thing. However, I'd be careful of going to intense in the pool after your full body days.

Maybe just swim(hard) on Friday mornings so your body has more of a break.

It looks good, but more details would be helpful:) If your full body consists of curls, hip whatevers, and leg curls...then it's not such a good full body workout. But if it's compound lifts all over the place...now we're talking.
