This is about my 4th go at this, so sorry if I'm sounding repetitive.

Had some problems lately, but hoping to put it all behind me and healthily lose the weight and solve other stuff in my life too!

Height: 5'4
Weight now: 141 lbs
Goal weight: 126 lbs

Calories to maintain weight: 1740
Calories per day to lose: 1240
 
Low fat fromage frais with raspberries - 51 cals
Wholemeal toast with lf mayo - 104 cals (155)
Cheese - 124 cals (279)
Low sugar baked beans - 312 cals (581)
1/2 small baked sweet potato - 99 cals (680)
Nutri grain bar - 131 cals (811)
A few potato wedges and 2 fish fingers - 170 cals (981)
Wholemeal bread - 93 cals (1074)
Egg whites with mayonnaise - 80 cals (1154)
Branston pickle, cucumber and tomato - 25 cals (1179)
Stir fry vegetables - 71 cals (1250)

Calories burnt during exercise: - 300

You may be interested to know that I get Tesco value baked beans at 20 pence a tin. They dont specifically say low sugar but they are only 210 calories for a 420g tin.
