Yeah well, you people are a hard habit to break for some damn reason. I can't figure it out, actually. The break served me well, too. A real coinflip. Obv I give the edge to participating in the forum for concerted stability for the most part.

We all have different levels of burnouts unique to ourselves, I suppose. I wasn't exempt.

Well surprisingly, I read more than enough negative comments on Ben's contract and honestly, I don't get it. As long as he doesn't turn into another Kordell Stewart, I'm glad he's got the 'One-team-4-life' mentality locked in to his football brain. IE: Favre's retirement announcement/17 years same team - how epic is that in today's sports world ??

I went back to 'day one' thinking and application. Stepped up and refused to go any bigger in clothes size - and believe me, I was maxed on that criteria - and very unhappy about it.

I'm very thrilled how the body responded. Another few weeks and I'll be lookin' like my old pics again.

I now count EVERYTHING - something I lost a lil momentum about.

I luv hitting the heavybag, thats my new winter craze. It works for me
