I wish I knew why I started drinking a lot. Anything I say will just be an excuse (in my mind) but hey, I don't mind getting a buzz on but in the grand scheme of things, well, this just isn't working out so well.

I think I'm going to honor the Steelers game with cranberry and vodka and hope for some control, tonight. I felt pretty good the last four nights without the booze so maybe I can call my own limited shots on this subject.

Anyway, thanks for the support !! I'll bet You and Bruce are a hoot to party with.

We're in it to win it !! Peace and Go Bolts !! (at least till they meet the Steelers !!)

Yes, the whining = "I want to DO something strong, today !!" I did take a nice walk this morning, one I dubbed as the 'lap around town'. Right around 4 miles I think. I feel good about getting outdoors !!

I still haven't seen any nude beaches on my walks, yet *sigh*

A friend of mine is totally pissing me off. Her hubby is military, and they moved to Jacksonville a year ago. Now, all of a sudden, she is the biggest Jag fan. Go figure. Freakin' bandwagoner. She's trying to talk shit and is pissing me off. It's one thing if you are a true fan, but don't jump on some bandwagon and try to come at me, a REAL fan, with your shit.

I hate to say it at this point, but I don't even hate Jacksonville as a team. I like Garrard, and IF we weren't the ones playing them, I would be cheering them on.

But, since they're facing us, I hope they get their asses handed to them!

In an interesting turn, I've been to several Redskins game - long story, my relatives are laced in the D.C. area and they have had season tickets for 40-50 years. I'm talking like 4-5 families. Of course I only got invited for the shitty games but still a ton of fun all the same.

My ex got all the 'Skinny' memorabilia in the divorce - which included a 1991 complete-autographed Gameday program, a Super Bowl Championship year, btw.

So yeah, I'm jumping up and down now that the Skinnys are workin' over the 'Birds. I'm not a Holmgren fan at all.

She really was more diehard Skinny fan than me. I always bled black & gold. At least it was a slamdunk at xmas to get her a gift back then - anything Redskins.

One less reminder here is ok with me - not bitter, just really old news.
