Ok it might be a teensy bit of distraction if you try to make both meanings valid at the same time, but multi-tasking is the way of the future isn't it?

Thanks Kerry A !! Oye !! '08 DEFINITELY has room for improvement. I ended '07 at a personal disappointment. I know the 'how and why' and no excuses will be made concerning it.

I will work off the positive of still being better off than I was December 31, 2006 - and the great passion of having a support friend such as yourself.

I would just as soon someone came in here and kicked me in the balls and yelled "Bad Dog !!"

I was a bit drunk when I read it but sober enough to delete what I wanted to post. I do have to play by the rules, I suppose. It's apparent e-thugging won't make the timid lose what they're afraid to lose. Who am I to be blunt and honest when all the "now now now's" show up and lend passive verbage ??

I like strong people in this business, but that's just me.

That kinda hurt hearing The Bus didn't think the Steeler Nation could pull off the impossible but I guess he has to play the journalistic bias. It's tough trip but that's what makes us Steeler fans all that much more gritty. We know we can win - against all odds !!

Belated thank yous.

Working on collateral holiday damages. 3 nights - no drinks. Eating is focused and accomplished. Exercise could use a lil bounce in its step - which has been ongoing for me.

No excuses here. I have to dig deeper.
 
Yeah, I hear ya on the collateral damage, Randy...no alcohol for us either right now... I think I need to get a good handle on this (maybe 30 days) before we add any weekend alcohol into our food plan.

Good to hear you are making progress. It will all come together again. I have learned to celebrate my success and keep my focus on that positive and it really helps me tackle the tougher parts of my journey.

Thank you for posting to my diary. It was starting to get cob webs for sure!! I'm glad that you enjoyed our day in 2007. I did very much, too, even if I did have to work my butt off ;-) I look forward to many spring and summer Sundays on the bike with you in 2008! Let's hope for at least one Sunday a month once the warmer weather hits. Sound good?
