You have worked hard to get to where you are and a day off now and then is a good thing!!;) I went and looked in the B&A and wow you have done awesome! You rock!!!:beating:

You deserve praise!! I am still working on 14 lbs. But truthfully i don't feel real bad at where I am at right now. For having 3 kids and being in my 30's I think I look pretty good.

:eek:AWWW Shucks!!

Seriously I think I am just going to maintain. It's what my body seams to think is the right thing. And I don't even want to be a super model. They are just too skinny!:D

Another beautiful day in Pittsburgh, Trucker. So now that you don't have access to a car all the time, perhaps we should plan a bike outing and I'll come out your way sometime. Of course, that would mean I'd have to take the bike down off the hooks in the garage and get the tires re-inflated....and yeah, just about die trying to keep up with your 20+ miles rides. I think the most I've ever done was 8 miles total in one ride. I'd hold you back. Maybe we should just meet for pie? Pie's good. I love pie. Pumpkin pie in the fall is calorie free. Did you know this?

I think I'm going to 'maintain' the rest of that Capt. Morgan sitting on counter. I'm so bored. This way I can issue advanced warnings for some to block me on IM now :p

heh, l daydream on the trail about having a WLF ride up there - especially in a month when the leaves peak. I know a lot of you would enjoy it. Some of you would find out face-to-face I'm not this whiny lil forum bitch I portray on here too :p

I have access to car. I merely await your scheduling. Pie - Primati's - whatever. I need a break from here. Luckily there is a flat stretch of about 4 miles so you'd have an easy time of it, as would most. The sad part for me is I'd have to lead and couldn't look at the scenery I wanted to look at :p So few things in life look better than a female's behind on bicycle seat. Freddie Mercury sure knew his shit, even if he was a flaming bi.

Awwww.. no 3DG? Sorry, hun.... if it makes you feel better, I'm going to miss The Cure in Philly this Friday. We can both just sit and cry here if you like, then again.... I wouldn't mind pushing you around a bit. That would definitely cheer my ass up. hahaa!

Armed with rum, eh? So in other words, you won't remember anything, eh? Hmmmmmmmmm...... hahaaaaa

Oh I love 80s music. :D I'm a big Depeche Mode, The Cure, New Order, and Duran Duran kind of girl. The first 2 mainly because of the whole "goth girl" phase I went through when I was a wee lass (or ass.. depending on how you see it.. LMAO).

I'm somewhere in between being a hipster and a GenX'er musically.

You have excellent taste in music, lass :) meh, last night was totally memorable - which is a good thing.

Back on track with my exercise today, just in from my standard 26 mile ride. My calves were acting like a burning dog begging to be pissed on. Fuck sakes, doesn't this ever get easier ?? *sigh* aging blows.

Welp, I'm all showered up and smelling good, just waiting on my daughter to arrive from her morning classes so we can go out shopping together. I've have in my possession a Red Lobster gift card since my birthday and I decided she definitely deserves a treat. I'd trade it for a steakhouse sitdown in a N.Y. second. I'm not at all into Red Lobster's food but at least I'll find something 'menu-friendly' ::rollin' eyes::

Cheery-o :)

Hey Randy,

Popping in to say hello =0) Its great that your back on track. I'm young and the exercising doesn't really seem to get easier... may its because I keep making it harder. At least your getting out there and getting it done:)

Time out with your daughter sounds like a nice time. I've never eaten in a red lobster... but your NY steakhouse comment made me want to go to Morton's or Peter Lugers...mmmm that's a craving that's gonna last a few days LOL

I hope you have a wonderful day with your daughter :HUGS:

Yuck!! I hate red Lobster. I hate fish as a matter of fact. Steak is GOOODD though!:drooling: Glad you are getting some time in with your daughter. As a female I have to say it's hardest to get time with my dad and I miss it. Much easier to get with moms. So enjoy your day!!:hug2:

Good for you taken your daughter for a nice meal. YEAH! dads who treat their daughters to food ROCK! I love shell fish, so I would do fine at Red Lobster myself, but the hubby HATES fish with a passion, so I guess you can count on one hand how often I've been in the past few years. LOL LOL I'm going to give you a "HELL YA" for getting your bike on this morning. See, I might be a bossy bitch, but I'm really all mush inside, really I am! LOL LOL Have a great day today!
