My weight front: 200 !!
Hi everyone.
Well, you all put me to the test with your replies about the OCD and I liked what I read (mostly). I'm going to take your thoughts with me on today's bike ride and try to form a collective answer.
Of course I miss you !!
So what's been going in my world ?? I've been fairly busy and away from the keyboard a bit more than usual. Aaah, the rewards of the social benefits of weight loss
The job front: Ugh !! well it appears a 3-year gap in employment is a bigger obstacle to overcome than I anticipated. Fear not, this falls under 'if there's a will, there's a way' category. I have no present answer to the 'how' part but I'm not panicking. Maybe this is yet another reversal of life plans *shrugs*
The social front: Yes, it's happening. I'm very happy with my decisions presently and keeping my eye on the details. I'm taking a small break from going out for awhile. I was on a turbulent pattern for awhile and now it's time to come back to earth - for awhile, anyway.
The fast-food fast: It ended on July 3rdYeah, I know... Story is such: I was at a race and we had been drinking all day and night. I did pack good stuff in the cooler (wheat turkey/lean ham sandwiches, grapes, cherries, strawberries, multi-grain pretzels) and lots of Coors Light
but a member of our party brought 2 buckets of KFC *gasp* and I scoffed !! haha. I caved in. I guess my streak for driving to a fast food joint is still intact. haha, I'm really grasping for innocence, huh ?? lolol. Meh, I survived the ordeal but I wasn't happy about how many bawk bawks I ate. In reflecting, it taste as good as I remember it and just as disgusting as I remember it. I don't see a bad habit developing out of all this.
My weight front: 200 !!
I promise the picture thread will be done this week coming up. I'm pretty excited about it.
Gotta jet.
BBL.
Peace beautiful people.
Hi Randy! It's great to hear from you and you sound very positive and happy! Who can resist KFC? Seriously....I love that stuff! That is just a small minute piece of your big picture!
I love how you embrace your challenges (job stuff)! I can relate...I think that as I get older and look back and what I accomplished and survived (which is relative to each one of our live's experiences) makes me more determined to "conquer" the roadblocks that get thrown at me now.
Talk to ya soon!
hey T2. Just wanted to stop in and say hi..I haven't read most of other people's diaries in a while. Sounds like your a busy man with that active socail life of yours. It's good to hear that you are doing well. I will be looking for that picture you have promised. Have a good one!
Congratulations!!
Really fancy post.
Also, Some of the people posting about OCD seem to not know what it actually is. It is not exactly what it sounds like so if you're not sure about what OCD is/means the check out this link:

OH BABY! YOU'RE DOWN TO THE LAST TEN POUNDS. HA HA HA HA, WELCOME TO HELL! Nah just kidding, sorry, not trying to be pessimistic, you'll lose them no problem because YOU know how to change BEHAVIOR.
You kick ass Randy, Onederland is stripping down to her thong in front of you!
WOOOHOOO!!!!!
Congratz Bro, you made it, and you beat me to it too, looks like you get the prize. Good job and well done. I have been slacking, er, I mean maintaining for a few weeks now, but I am back on track since I returned from vacation. I have two more weeks untill I hit my one year mark and although I am not going to hit my goal of 190 by them I am still pretty pleased with my results.
See you in onederland (or should it be Wonderland??, LOL) in a few weeks.
Trucker, I'm so very proud of you. Last 10 pounds, weigh to go! I don't know a soul alive that could resist the sweet temptation of Colonel Sanders! Well, maybe a few vegetarians ;-) I would've had a hard time putting down that bucket myself. You're supposed to treat yourself once in a while, right? Glad you're doing so well. Terrific job!! Glad to hear from you, too! Take care!
Oh and is that Primanti's promise when YOU hit your goal or me? If it's me, whoa, we have a long way to wait ... but if it's you, see you in about a month? ;-)
I had KFC a month ago, first time in at least 2 years! I'm not a fried chicken fan but we were on the road and that's what there was. Anyway I had one of those chicken bowls and it was great. Haven't been there since! You are doing great!! I can't believe your weight loss. Way to go!!![]()
