Hello DQ :) Our weather is just about ready to go bonkers. Got my walk in and went to the store to hunker down for a few days. No one particular forecast will actually commit to wtf is going to happen exactly because of the temp variables and elevation but they all agree it's going to be fugly here for a couple days. Our local TV is saying a foot of snow *shrugs*

'Runnin' Down a Dream' is my official anthem (by T.P. obv) for my WL journey. I don't think you were here when I had it in my siggy and stuff. I make tons of music references in my diary because music is my pulse to the wild and crazy adventure.

Ugh, well yeah, I never said my skipping was pretty either and I had a sick feeling the Penn State Geological Team was going to send out Ricter Scale warnings when I did my skips. I got this thing about giving up though - I can't.

Let's face it, not everything works for everyone.

Like I said, on the way home today I was picking up some Sam - and I did. I settled for the Boston Lager, the bottle shop was out of Imperial and I didn't feel like chasing it down. That's really a hit or miss beer in this area.

I doubt it's 'wimpy', it's not fun drinking without something to do while you're drinking - aka parytin'. Maybe it's just me tho, just 'drinking' is never enough.

I'm ready to take on 'the hair of the dog' tonight :)

I think everything about me applies to '20 years ago' I'm not sure about the cup sizes though, I've always been a nature lover :)
 
Good afternoon...getting around late today....rainy here too...and cold (to me)...windy, rainy....not spring feeling weather at all....may just light off a fire in the fireplace tonight. *shivering*

Well beckster, so far we dodged a major weather bullet (we'll see in the morning though) however it's been a shitty day all the same. I got 3 miles in this morning in a drizzle because it looked like my best chances for a few days. I got 100 skips in just a lil bit ago for added measure *pant pant*

From what I've seen heading your way doesn't even look pretty :(

Let's get on with spring already !! sheeeeesh :mad:

I think Spring is skipping you guys! Geesh! It was cold and rainy here today - NOT what I was expecting!

Glad to hear you got a walk in AND some skips - I still haven't bought my noose, I mean rope - I gotta get on that!

Oh yeah, the walk and skips...

As I recall, that was the punishment phase of a naughty Saturday. At least I didn't 'look' like I gained any weight from all that beverage diet :p

I didn't take my glucophage yesterday and tested this morning to a 83 reading, I was in total disbelief View attachment 3138

I made a nice pot of chicken and rice today, you know, that tangible, chewy protein :)


and yes, I'm very excited about Autumn being on the forum. Once you all get to know her, I think you'll love her. She's quite the chick. I think she can hold her own in some of those 'girlie talk' threads I blush in reading.
