Weather? Sunny, clear, 71, low humidity - Houston in one of it's good months - October and April. It was a good day for me to play hooky, er, call in sick.

Will you make, freeze, store in dry ice and ship me some of your soup? I like soup, but well I don't ever feel like making it.

I think I'm going to go eat 2 Girl Scount Thin Mint cookies now. 80 calories!!!! But in my old days I'd eat the whole sleeve, which was 17 cookies, or 680 calories. So I've come a long way baby....

Actually no romantic night...poor hubby was sick...but the fire was nice for both of us to keep warm and toasty. He had chills and we had the heat cranked up. Folded laundry and watched TV.... :rolleyes:
 
i don't know about that pizza at the bottom of the page - but it damn well doesn't go with the two piece bathing suit.

I too measure myself by Girl Scout Cookies. I have 3 boxes in my kitchen of the original 5 I got over a month ago. I gave away about half the other 2 boxes at work and I am eating on average about a cookie every 4 days on the other 3. Mmmm soup.

Hey T2, how are ya bruiser? Did I tell you my dog thinks he's a Rottweiler? Yah. He's always going up to Rotties and barking in their face. I haven't the heart to tell him he's a poodle.

Yeah blah city !! They never made a GS cookie I didn't like - just add milk ;) The peanutbutter was my achille's heel (sp) (too lazy to fix it)

This is true. I thought the Rotties were kind of indifferent to Rufus, as if to say "are you talking?" But they might be playing hard to get.
 
So I can't eat carrots and popcorn every night for a snack.

I laid out 10 tortilla wholegrain chips made by Snyder's of Hanover (16g of fiber) These are fairly big chips btw, drizzled on some Ortego's mild taco sauce, liberally applied Frank's Hot Sauce and 1 jalapeno per chip. Popped in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Yum Yum.

My math shows this is about 150 calorie snack

I'm just now exploring new Snyder's wholegrain product line. I think the wheat pretzels rock too !! If you can extent portion control, these are some of the better salt snacks out there currently. I stopped eating the Olean stuff a few months ago and glad I find something in the snack world that isn't over-the-top bad.
